On March 3, 2009, S. 510: FDA Food Safety Modernization Act was introduced as the Senate's version of the House bill. On December 18, 2009, it cleared committee and was placed on the Senate's Legislative Calendar for consideration.

Thus far not addressed, it likely will be and passed in the wake of the egg salmonella scare though, like its companion bill, it's for agribusiness empowerment, not food safety, used as cover to enhance greater industry consolidation at the expense of small farmers and consumers.

Current laws and regulations are adequate but not enforced, with good reason. Run by industry officials, the USDA is woefully understaffed, under-budgeted, and only performs perfunctory inspections. The FDA operates the same way, fronting for agribusiness, Big Pharma, and related industries, not consumer protection.

If House and Senate bills pass, it will gain new powers and fewer judicial restraints on its actions. Although some provisions address improving America's food, the bills' vague and deceptive language increases the potential for inappropriate application and enforcement, harming small farmers and consumers for big business, what's vital to avoid but less likely given the egg recall.

Hmmm. I wonder if Monsanto had anything to do with this?

Now there's a push for corporate friendly legislation masquerading as pro-consumer, the way Congress always works. So expect the worst, for sure what Obama supports, stiff-arming his constituents across the board in deference to corporate and power interests.

According to the National Independent Consumers and Farmers Association, S. 510:

"will have the unintended destructive consequence of eliminating small farms and consumer access to local food (because it) grants sweeping powers to the (FDA) and US Dairy Association, (imposes harmful new regulations, and lets federal) agents go on to (small) farms, where less than one half of one percent of food-borne illnesses originate, (nearly all of it from factory farms) without having credible evidence that a problem exists, needing only 'reason to believe' in order to quarantine or shut down a farm."

PPJ Gazette writer Marti Oakley calls the Senate bill (and by inference the House one) the "Making America Sick Through Adulteration of Food" act, saying the nation "is only as successful as its farmers and ranchers" able to feed the public at all times. "And by farmers and ranchers I don't mean industrialized corporate farming for massive profits while we defile everything in sight," including safe food because FDA and USDA officials front for business, not consumers, on their own without protection.

The Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund (FTCLDF) on Food Safety and Congressional Legislation Not Designed to Protect It

FTCLDF (the Fund) represents family farmers' right "to provide processed and unprocessed farm foods directly to consumers," and their right to buy them from family farms. It also protects small farms "from harassment by federal, state, and local government interference with food production and on-farm food processing."

The Fund opposes the House and Senate bills, saying they threaten "to leave small farmers and local producers unable to afford the cost of complying with legislative requirements." In addition, the FDA will be more greatly empowered to help agribusiness and harm local farming and consumers. Besides, "neither bill would improve food safety" because that's not their purpose.

Their anti-consumer provisions will empower bigness, increase imported food, create new safety concerns, and restrict the ability of Americans to get food choices they want from sources they prefer.

Unmentioned in the House bill, S. 510 references the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) 22 times, especially in Section 108(a)(1), calling for the Health and Human Services (HHS) and Agriculture secretaries to coordinate with HHS to prepare and submit to Congress the "National Agriculture and Food Defense Strategy."

Sounding more like preparing for war than food safety, Section 108(5) requires the strategy be consistent with the National Incident Management System, the National Response Framework, the National Infrastructure Protection Plan, and the National Preparedness Goals ~ programs created by presidential Executive Orders and National Security Directives, (not acts of Congress) to help big, not small farmers or consumers.

It sounds warlike because this neocon speech is overflowing with war terminology. They are fighting the world in their conquest of humanity and speak so of everything.

For example, over "terrorism" hysteria, the 2004 Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD) 9 designated DHS "responsible for coordinating the overall national effort" to protect America's food system, its Secretary "the principal federal official to lead, integrate, and coordinate federal, state, local and private sector elements."

Of concern is HHS' role in "food defense and critical infrastructure protection." In 2007, its Office of Inspector General suggested why, based solely on three minor incidents, including:

~ in 1984, an Oregon religious cult poisoning 10 salad bars causing 751 illnesses;

~ in 1996, a Texas hospital employee tainting the facility's snacks causing 12 illnesses; and

~ in 2003, a Michigan supermarket employee infecting 200 pounds of beef causing 92 illnesses, hardly reasons to wage war on bad food and call out the Marines.

Yet, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), unintentional food contamination (raising no eyebrows) cause 76 million food-related illnesses annually.

In addition, the 2007 OIG report explained that:

~ DHS consolidated 22 preexisting agencies and organizations, all unrelated to food;

~ the sector's size and complexity poses vexing challenges, compounded by new DHS food sector obligations compromised by incompatible internal documents;

~ the agency has "no major organizational entity (focused) exclusively or even largely" on food;

~ no DHS official has overall food responsibility; and

~ other inconsistencies in its new mandate, assuring snafus doing more harm than good.

"A more effective way to protect our food supply is to create" more localized diversity nationwide, not greater concentration and a war against food terrorists.

Yet passing legislation with Section 108 "would be a major step toward" putting the nation's food system "on a permanent crisis-mode footing." Instead of federalizing supply and enhancing agribusiness power, our best food defense "is to promote the decentralization of food production, encouraging local communities" to be as self-sustaining as possible.

In other words, promote small and local, not big and global, a sure formula for higher prices, less variety, weaker consumer protections, and greater likelihood for tainted products because industry officials run the FDA and USDA before recycling back into high-paying corporate jobs. In both capacities, their job is maximizing profits, not food safety.

The Movement of Food

Information from the above-referenced link details concerns with HR 2749, including:

Establishing enforcement authority under Section 133 to restrict the movement of food, giving unelected officials power to shut down food movement in a state by quarantine without court order.

Criminal and Civil Penalties

Under Sections 134 and 135, criminal or civil penalties are imposed against anyone alleged to knowingly introduce or deliver adulterated or misbranded food through interstate commerce, the penalty being 10 years in prison.

Under current law, it's one year or three in cases of willfully defrauding or misleading. Civil penalties are also stiffer, as high as $7,500,000 (up from a maximum $250,000) for a corporate offender (including small ones), each day in violation considered a separate offense. Even delays in complying with registration requirements carry substantial fines.

As a result, these provisions let the FDA "harass and bankrupt small farmers and local producers" to help large ones, the reason for their inclusion, corporate lawyers, of course, writing these bills, the same procedure for all congressional legislation, including healthcare and financial reform, to protect their bottom-line concerns.

HACCP Plans

HR 2749, Section 102 and S. 510, Section 103 require registered facilities to have written Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans, prepared by:

~ conducting a hazard analysis;

~ identifying, implementing, and monitoring effective preventive controls;

~ instituting corrective actions if needed;

~ providing verification;

~ maintaining proper records; and

~ reanalyzing for hazards as needed.

Evaluating HACCP based on past meat industry experiences shows that corporate slaughterhouses and processing plants "operate in the relative absence of USDA inspections," in many cases none at all or personnel occasionally showing up but not doing their job.

Yet, the USDA's Food and Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) web site states that "Slaughter facilities cannot operate if FSIS inspection personnel are not present (and) Only Federally inspected establishments can produce products that are destined to enter commerce."

In contrast, small plants are harassed, burdened with extra paper work, and targeted with more enforcement actions - many, as a result, driven out of business; from 2000 - 2005 alone, a 21.9% decline in processing plants and 19% for slaughterhouses.

Food Traceability

Under HR 2749, Section 107, the HHS Secretary is mandated to establish a domestic and imported food tracing system, using "identif(ied) technologies and methodologies" burdensome to small producers. It's to let the Secretary "identify each person who grows, produces, manufactures, processes, packs, transports, holds or sell such food" in the shortest practicable time but "no longer than two business days."

Exempted is food produced on owner, operator or agent in charge farms, selling directly to consumers, restaurants or stores. Records must still be kept at least six months, and farmers selling to other ones or wholesalers are subject to traceability requirements.

The provision is about "further integrating the American food system into the global market" to help agribusiness and harm small competitors. Instead of greater globalization, US policy should promote local self-sufficiency, a notion not in Congress' or regulatory agencies' vocabulary in deference to the corporate interests they serve.

The FDA and USDA (like all federal agencies) don't "protect the health of the American people but rather" the profits of industry producers.

Produce Safety Standards

HR 2749, Section 104 and S. 510, Section 105 deal with standards for produce safety to minimize health risks, from growing to transporting and storing it. Even local roadside stands and farmers' markets would be subject to national safety standards, including record keeping, under FDA jurisdiction. Of concern is the cost burden on many, perhaps great enough shut them down, the whole idea behind these provisions.

Survey Results Reveal Other Problems

A 2008 Resource Conservation District of Monterey County, CA survey of 600 irrigated raw crop growers found 8% had their crops rejected for reasons including:

~ deer intrusion;

~ "potential frog habitat;"

~ the "presence of frogs and tadpoles in creek;"

~ planted crops "near trees needed a buffer of 100 to 150 feet;" and

~"deer tracks near" one farmer's field.

Overall, so-called good agricultural practices (GAPs) are extremely burdensome to small producers, in many cases driving them out of business.

Codex Alimentarius (CA) Provision in S. 510

Ostensibly created "to develop food standards, guidelines" and related "codes of practice," CA, under World Trade Organization (WTO) rules, is corporate controlled. It lets global food, pharmaceutical, and banking giants, in league with complicit UN and government agencies, promote GMO foods and drugs, not healthy natural ones.

In addition, it will restrict or prohibit vitamin and dietary supplements, except ones they control. Also processed organic foods will be tainted by irradiation and harmful synthetic additives or ingredients.

If CA's standards and guidelines are adopted, binding one-size fits all global rules will be established, overriding sovereign national laws and safe practices. GMO foods and drugs will proliferate. Labeling will be banned. Food and drug giants will decide what will and won't be sold and at what price. Governments will have no power to countermand them, and everyone's health will be jeopardized.

S. 510, Section 306, covers the capacity of governments with respect to food. Its subsection (5) recommends bilateral and multilateral arrangements and agreements, a giant leap toward implementing CA, what's been ongoing incrementally for years, the Obama administration on board fast-tracking it.

On June 10, 2010, a White House press release announced "Executive Order - Establishing the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council," a stealth CA-endorsing measure about profits, not public welfare.

Under a de facto CA council, its "Section 6(g) contains specific plans to ensure that all prevention programs outside the Department of Health and Human Services are based on (industry-crafted) science-based guidelines (said to have been) developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention under subsection (d) of this section."

In other words, all non-corporate controlled good health, disease-preventing products and supplements will be banned under full CA implementation, what's coming unless stopped, what S. 510 tries to legislate, what Barack Obama will sign into law if successful.

Final Comments

House and Senate bills "represent landmark legislation that will significantly increase the federal government's power to regulate intrastate commerce while hurting (America's) ability to produce safe food" and achieve local sustainability.

Small farms and producers will be most harmed, the sector "producing the safest most nutritious food," thus benefiting agribusiness and importers, those most responsible for food safety problems.

Rather than declaring war on food terrorism, Congress should decentralize food production, processing and distribution, assuring safer, cheaper, lower priced products. Instead it's pushing the opposite.

Greater than ever FDA empowerment will be counterproductive and harmful, its record tainted by industry control, promoting hazardous to health GMO foods and unsafe industry practices like concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs), "the antithesis of food safety," by an agency destructive to small farmers, local producers and consumers.

Passing S. 510 and reconciling it with HR 2749 will jeopardize food safety and make it harder to buy products consumers want from sources they prefer. Defeating S. 510 is thus crucial, now at risk by the egg salmonella scare, a large hurtle essential to overcome.

MONSANTO ~ MONOPOLY FOR FOOD AND DEPOPULATION

A monopoly is exclusive control of a commodity or service that makes it possible to manipulate prices. This is accomplished through governmental regulations used to enforce the monopoly. The way to break a monopoly is to remove those laws.

This is simple, but not easy in the case of Monsanto, because the roots extend to international, federal, state, and local government regulations. Monopoly owners corner a market by taking control of the resource AND preventing others from using the resource.

The famous robber baron JD Rockefeller refined this method of monopolization with Standard Oil; he created a cartel (an agreement between companies to avoid competition) with the companies he could not buy or force out of business through extraordinarily corrupt business practices. Competition creates a free market;

JD Rockefeller is famous for saying,
“Competition is a sin.”

Of course, the Rockefellers have an enormous stake in biotechnology and the Rockefeller Foundation funded the biology centers and research that led to the creation of GMOs; F. William Engdahl’s book, “Seeds of Destruction”, is highly recommended for the complete details.

This article is intended as a brief sketch to explore the expanse of the roots of Monsanto & understand the machinery of a monopoly, therefore, the science and health issues behind GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) will not be covered in detail. GMOs are created by injecting virus and/ or bacteria into a plant or animal cell, along with the DNA of life forms that would never mate in nature (like spiders and goats).

There is extensive proof that GMOs are detrimental to health.

(1) Monsanto’s business practices are corrupt ~ for example, there have been cases where seed sold as non- GMO were actually contaminated. GMOs are not limited to food; industrial chemicals, plastic and drugs can be grown in plants like corn, and there is an overwhelming chance that you have ingested these chemicals and drugs, if you live in America.

(2) Cross pollination is rampant and is an enormous problem, thereby polluting non-GMO farms and endangering America’s food supply. Most Americans are unaware that up to 75% of their daily diet is comprised of GMO food.

This is all part of the United Nations Agenda 21 Sustainable Development depopulation program (remember that the Rockefellers have overwhelming influence with the UN). Monsanto promises their seeds are more prolific and can feed more people, but the opposite has often proven to be the truth. The most shocking part of this is that the USDA co-owns a patent, along with Monsanto, on a gene (the Terminator) that can destroy food and be used as a bioweapon.

Monsanto’s monopoly is firmly entrenched within the US government:

1. US Patent Office

This where the problem began, in allowing a patent on life. Monsanto’s seeds are protected under an ‘Intellectual Property’ patent; the seeds are good for one season. When a farmer buys Monsanto seed, he also signs the Technology Agreement that stipulates he may not collect seed and replant it. While the farmer is free to plant any type of seed he wishes, the courts have maintained that farmers are not tied to Monsanto seeds in future seasons.

However, it is difficult and costly to stop using Monsanto seed once a farmer has planted it because he may not collect and replant the Monsanto seeds collected after harvest, and must buy all new seeds for the new season. Even if a farmer, having once planted GMO seed, then wishing to switch back, faces the issue of “volunteers” (seeds in the ground from the previous planting) which appear and Monsanto has aggressively sued farmers for patent infringement.(3)

Monsanto is the GMO leader because it has a proprietary patent on the method for creating GMOs, so other companies pay an exorbitant fee to make GMOs.

Monsanto is now patenting non GMO seed as well; this is essentially a patent on nature.(4) Monsanto owns over 20,000 patents.

2.. FDA (US Food & Drug Administration): Many people rely on the FDA to determine the safety of food or a product. The FDA is corrupt, particularly within the realm of GMOs.

The only “testing” for safety that is required is for the GMO producer to submit a self authored report on the new GMO’s safety. This fraud was accomplished by Michael Taylor, a lawyer who went to work for the FDA and established the “no testing” policy by reasoning that GMOs are “SUBSTANTIALLY EQUIVALENT” to food, and food has already been determined to be safe.

However, this is an oxymoron because in order to receive a patent, the new product must be different. Michael Taylor (second cousin to Tipper Gore) is notorious for his “revolving door” employment within the US government and Monsanto- he was recently chosen by Obama as the Deputy Commissioner for foods in the FDA.(6)

GMO seed companies prohibit any testing of their products, by contract, to their buyers.(7)

The FDA has made it illegal to label GMO foods as containing GMOs, as they are GRAS (generally recognized as safe). Some companies, like Whole Foods, are starting to label their products as NO GMOs.

3. President George HW Bush, under executive power, mandated the Doctrine of Substantial Equivalence of 1992, the same year that Agenda 21 was introduced. This policy requires NO health or safety testing before a GMO product is released into the public.(8)

4. USDA (United States Department of Agriculture): This government body determines whether a plant is safe to grow. GMOs are unsafe to grow; wind, seeds blown from trucks and insect pollination bring GMO pollen and seeds into non-GMO farmland and contaminate the nearby non-GMO farms.

Outrageously, the USDA co-owns the patent on the “Terminator Gene”, which means that the seeds have been modified to “commit suicide” after one season, and will not germinate if they are planted in a subsequent season. This technology could potentially wipe out food on the planet in one season.

The US government has been funding GMO research since 1983; William Engdahl has said that this will give the owners control of the food seeds over entire regions and nations, when commercialized. The USDA and the co-owner of the “terminator” patent promised not to commercialize it in 1999, however, in 2001, they signed a commercialization agreement. Seven years later, Monsanto bought out the co-owner and is now partnered with the USDA for the “Terminator” patent. Food can be used as a weapon.(9)

The USDA has also engaged in illegal dispersal of subsidies to Monsanto as well as giving farmers a break on crop insurance premiums if they used Monsanto seeds, which is tantamount to product endorsement. Remember the USDA is business partners with Monsanto. This is where your tax dollars are going. We are paying for our government to poison us.

5. EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency): The EPA is responsible for determining the safety of GMOs in the environment. GMOs can withstand more pesticides and herbicides than normal crops, so more of these toxins are used and a resistance to the toxins has occurred. GMO pollen has been proven to be detrimental to certain insects; many believe that the great bee die- off in the US is a result of large quantities of pesticides sprayed on GMO crops plus, some crops have pesticides contained in their the DNA. The EPA often relies on the chemical producer for its research and safety testing.(10)

The EPA is a corrupt agency that continually fails to protect public health: there are over 80,000 chemicals used today, but only a few hundred have been tested for safety.(11)

6. The US Supreme Court is an agency of the US government, which has usurped untold power. Currently, there is a case in the Supreme Court, to uphold a ban on GMO alfalfa, as GMOs often contaminate nearby farms via cross pollination; a decision is expected this month. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was an attorney for Monsanto from 1976 to 1979, but he has failed to disqualify himself in a direct conflict of interest.

A ban was placed on the GMO alfalfa due to danger of cross contamination (not safety of the food, but whether the plant is safe to grow ~ the USDA failed to carry out a proper Environmental Impact Study); the prior rulings have been against Monsanto, and this is their 3rd appeal. Justice Scalia has made remarks that contamination isn’t “the end of the world”.

However, it does affect farmers regarding international trade because there are many GMO bans in Europe, and they don’t want GMO crops from the US. A judgment against contamination and in favor of safety would put the USDA’s lack of ethics in preventing contamination in the news and could negate prior lower court decisions that failed to protect non- GMO farmers from contamination.

And a ruling in favor of food safety could put the USDA in the news again, connecting the dots of collusion because of their refusal to ban GMOs, in order to protect their own patent on the Terminator Gene. So, given the evidence of governmental complicity in GMO monopolies, incompetence and ignorance, don’t expect the miracle of common sense to prevail in this case.

Incidentally, Elena Kagan, Obama’s candidate for the Supreme Court, sided with Monsanto in the alfalfa case, during the petition period, although it was outside of he jurisdiction as solicitor general.(12)

7. State governments have also contributed to the monopoly by blocking local bans on GMOs. Mendocino and Marin Counties, in Northern California, banned GMOs in 2004. California’s Central Valley, the nation’s largest produce provider, did not follow the GMO ban. Lobbying from GMO seed producers was intense, as the monopoly became threatened. The response was that a number of States enacted pre-emptive laws preventing local governments from declaring bans on GMOs within their jurisdictions.(13)

8. Monsanto has a long history of lying, lobbying, bribing and pressuring government scientists and government officers in order to keep their monopoly in place.(14) Monsanto has used very dirty business practices to corner the market on seeds.

Within Monsanto contracts there are provisions that mandate the destruction of all Monsanto seeds when a seed company changes ownership: the result is that this makes it very easy for Monsanto buy seed companies cheaply in the bidding process.

Another way that Monsanto has eliminated competition is through withholding non GMO seeds from the market. They have also undercut their prices, making their cheaper product appear to be a good deal to farmers. News stories about the detrimental effects of GMOs have also been suppressed, as in the case of some news investigators who got fired from a Fox news investigation over rBHG.

9. US DOJ (Department of Justice) is currently conducting an investigation regarding anti-trust violations (like the concentration of the seed supply being in the possession of 2 companies), but the investigation seems skewed in the favor of Monsanto as farmers are under-represented and the US interest in the GMO monopoly is deeply rooted. In other words this will be a lightweight investigation.(15)

Maybe the 7 States that are investigating Monsanto’s monopoly on seeds will be more authentic, but I doubt it as DuPont’s complaint against Monsanto accuses them of offering rebates to seed distributors for excluding rival seeds; DuPont offers GMO seeds and is acting in its own interest ~ this investigation will likely avoid looking into how Monsanto edged out healthy non GMO seeds.(15)

In conclusion, it is undeniable that the our government is deeply complicit in depopulation through food control, especially the USDA’s patent on the Terminator Gene. Frighteningly, amateur garage laboratory scientists and other hobbyists are pursuing new GMO creations on their own, which could have catastrophic results.(16) While this option could break Monsanto’s monopoly, it is certainly not the preferred way to go.

The solution is to educate your family, educate friends, and especially the education of farmers is crucial. The US government involvement is particularly disturbing, regarding the sterile Terminator Gene and needs to be exposed far and wide. Please share this information with everyone you know, in order to support the growth of organic and non GMO farming.*

CANADA ~ HARPER IS GIVING US TO THE NWO

Now that the Canadian Parliament is back in session, the rebirth of Bill C-6 looms large on the horizon, bringing with it a threat that belies its benign ~ sounding formal name, “The Canada Consumer Product Safety Act”. The bill, pushed hard by the government in its last session, but abandoned when Parliament was prorogued, is due to be reintroduced within weeks.

C-6’s language is a constitutional nightmare: within it are eight blatant violations, ranging from warrant-less search and seizure to being guilty until proven innocent, in a complete diversion from due process of law, all based on the opinion of a Health Canada inspector, and adjudicated by the Health Minister.

However, as dire the portents of these breaches of the Constitution are, they pale in comparison to the catastrophic effects of Sections 2 and 14, which make Canadians “subject to the dictates of foreign authorities” ~ authorities which are unnamed and undefined, but may include governments and associations. (Read trade groups, WTO, WHO, NAFTA, etc.)

What that means, in plain English, is that if a group to which Canada is signatory decides to adopt a standard which violates Canadian law, that standard must be adopted, regardless of existing law, because these groups are not social clubs, as the WTO says on its website:

“The WTO Agreement is a treaty ~ the international equivalent of a contract. It is self-evident that in an exercise of their sovereignty, and in pursuit of their own respective national interests, the Members of the WTO have made a bargain. In exchange for the benefits they expect to derive as Members of the WTO, they have agreed to exercise their sovereignty according to the commitments they have made in the WTO Agreement.”

Just one of those little things they failed to wave under our noses before signing us up for foreign control of our sovereign laws, a fait accompli that is only now becoming apparent.

What’s curious is that nobody seems to want to talk about it: it is the penultimate elephant in the living room. But the effect of these seemingly-beneficial agreements is, in fact, the foundation ~ by stealth ~ of global governance.

When Prime Minister Stephen Harper spoke in Davos a while back, he spoke of “enlightened sovereignty”. His hearts-and-flowers definition of that term included phrases like “the rising tide must lift all boats, not just our own”, and “we have to govern our sovereignty according not only to what is good for us, but what’s good for everybody.” How humane of him.

What he fails to point out, however, is that in order to reach that objective, and define what is “good for everybody”, there must be an international platform to decide for all.

Unless my eyes deceive me, that means a platform of global governance of national sovereignties forming, piecemeal, all over the place. And each nation has one vote at the table; one guy to represent the entire nation, against all the others. In the WTO, that’s one vote to 193. You, the elector, don’t get a vote, and what you think plays no part whatever in the decision the group makes.

Think I’m kidding?

“Enlightened sovereignty” is the harbinger of the global government we’ve all heard about, the “New World Order” described by Bush the First nearly 20 years ago, on September 11, 1991. Because first-world nations have gone treaty-crazy in the past century, we are all bound together by international contracts which create obligations upon us all, obligations which till now have not appeared onerous, but rather sat on the back burner, simmering.

Somebody just cranked the heat: the London Daily Mail reported recently that the European Union is arranging to take over the economic policy of Britain. This means that Britons will no longer have any say in their own economy, but will rather be “subject to the dictates of foreign authorities.”

Sound familiar? It ought to, because it’s exactly what is lurking in the language of Bill C-6.

It’s exactly the sort of enforcement one would expect from the language on the WTO website as quoted above, and it’s the same thing spoken of by Stephen Harper when he mentions “enlightened sovereignty”.

Connect those dots, and what you see is as plain as the nose on your face: it is the destruction of nations in favour of trade, benefiting multinational corporations who consult with and direct the actions of governments all over the world. It is fascism, which Italian dictator Benito Mussolini aptly named “corporatism”, because it is governance at the whim of big business, not by or for the people.

While we lay sleeping, we are losing our sovereign right to make our own laws. The “elites” of the world are accomplishing this by convincing us that in order to get along with each other, we needed these agreements, instead of our own honour, good will, and a firm handshake.

Unless the patriots of the world stand together and say no, prepare to say goodbye to your democracy: it was nice while it lasted.

An Open Letter to David Rockefeller

Dear David,

I sincerely hope this message finds you in a state of calm reflection. Please forgive the snake comment but you must admit you've been behaving in a perfectly serpentine manner.

Let's consider this a simple message from us to you that it's “Game Over”. Sure, there will be some residual after effects from the overwhelming momentum of your dark plans (not all yours we realize, but you represent them so well). Your skeletal system is still in place loaded with people in key positions attempting to put a stranglehold on the future at your directive.

In fact, it's somewhat amusing to imagine some of those on our distinguished guest list invited to attend this 9/11 event immediately scrambling to call their lawyers upon receipt of our certified letter. And what's even more amusing is the advice most of their lawyers probably forwarded on ~ "Hold your tongue lest you incriminate yourself." These are people who clearly don’t get it. They don’t concern us. Their days as public servant are nearly over.

They will be replaced with the fresh energetic loving dynamism of kind, intelligent souls who truly envision a bright future for the next generation.

They will not impede the progress of the human spirit or the will of the mother who wants only the best for her child. Mothers and fathers have sacrificed their children far too long behind a long string of maniacal lies.

Whether they were sacrificed in one of your falsely conjured wars or through your family’s allopathic medical model of slash, burn, and poison ~ an absurdly ineffective model, by the way, which has astoundingly found its way into nearly every village on earth.

Even you must find it a bit bewildering how people have so easily traded the natural healing gifts that God so graciously bestowed for free in exchange for your costly and deleterious medical applications that have only served to weaken and deprive them.

Yes, mankind has been painfully foolish in following your many destructive directives. We understand whose bidding you do. One only need look at the fruits of your work to understand that.

David, really? Control all food on earth??? And then follow it up with this ridiculous Codex Alimentarius which is supposed to frighten people out of growing backyard gardens? What in the world do you have to gain from such a ridiculous notion??

Well, I guess it’s just as well that you are so insulated that you don’t realize how many people are quickly waking up to the fact that they, as sovereign souls under our Collective Creator, have absolutely no obligation to follow these codes and statutes that sap so much human energy in creating and likewise fighting. It’s just another game. A game of absurd rules put down on paper by corrupted cowardly souls behind closed doors and then delivered to the people as “LAW”.

When you step out of the charade and see it from an objective viewpoint ~ as more and more are doing ~ it seems so pathetic to watch the others genuinely pleading and begging with their legislators to not pass a certain bill never realizing that the bill, even if enacted, is as flimsy as the piece of paper it’s written on as it doesn’t even apply to them in the first place!

If they would just see through the whole charade they wouldn’t waste their energies and it would all dissolve away. You know that too, don’t you, David. You’re terrified people will find it out.

That’s why you label people

who are intent on reclaiming their freedom

as terrorists.

I suppose, freedom is a terrifying prospect for one intent on oppression. There’s a great online book that people are reading from Johnny Liberty called The Global Sovereign’s Handbook. It explains a lot of this. It’s one of those books that is cracking people’s minds wide open and showing them a viable blueprint for how we can live without tyranny and oppression in peace and freedom under God.

The original intent of the United States is a brilliant one. Human as the Sovereign. You ought to give it a quick read just to keep up with the competition, if nothing else.

I mean David, can we just agree that this power trip has just gone beyond ridiculous? Real men don’t want to overpower others. They are secure in their consistent ability to stand as a man, side by side, equal with other men. They feel no consistent threat from others as they are secure in their own skin. They feel no need to surround themselves with mountains of wasteful technology.

It is only those that put out aggression

that receive it all back

and so feel they must build

a fortress around themselves.

Have you thought of your own progeny in any of this?? Apparently, not. Well, let me do that for you. Believe it or not, I genuinely care about the new little babies born into the Rockefeller family. I don’t want them shot up with poisons as an oppressed being, nor do I want them to be forced to follow the very unhappy family legacy of serving as oppressor. I want them to live happily and freely with the rest of us.

Things are being broken back down into wonderfully simple solutions. For example, people are re-learning the art of building houses simply with their hands and the natural resources found locally whether it be stone, clay, sand or wood right on the land. No mortgage, eco-friendly, and a soulful experience building your own nest with your own hands.

David, I bet there's a little Rockefeller out there somewhere who would like nothing more than to romp around in the mud and help his parents build a house, maybe even just a fun playhouse for him. Something he could look at and feel proud of. Something that would comfort him. Something built with love in the spirit of fun in connection with nature.

People are also re-learning the connection between clean natural living and abundant vibrant health. It’s so easy. In addition, people are putting their hands back to the earth to grow their own food. I guess we ought to thank Monsanto for pushing us to the brink where growing our own food locally and organically is the only sensible solution.

Oh, David. It is the most precious thing to watch a child plant a seed and the delight they take in it as it grows. Maybe you have seen this for yourself. I hope so.

And how about the fact that people are even beginning to realize that defecating in their drinking water is just plain stupid. I would love to know what genius thought that up? Even animals don’t do that.

People are realizing that if we just stop polluting, the earth has its own self-cleaning system. When we stop polluting in a lake, miraculously, the fish start to come back to life. We don’t even need to do anything! The earth so generously serves US!!

David, we just need to break it back down to basics and stop the pollution allowing nature’s divine wisdom to take her peaceful course. We have clean technology if you would just stop suppressing it and killing off all the inventors of it, please.

The resources that support you could support an entire nation! You’re absolutely right that something needs to change. You’re just looking in the wrong direction. Did you know that you could fit 2 billion people in Australia and give them an acre a piece? Assuming people live in families and wouldn't need to sprawl out one person per acre, you could literally fit the entire world's population quite comfortably in Australia, with no overcrowding.

How's that for taking a new look at things? See, David I guess that's the point. it's all in the way you look at it. Well, certainly you know that or you wouldn't have made sure you had all the media in your hip pocket to spin your careful version of reality out to the rest of humanity.

And as the dead sea scrolls describe the same horrors depicted in Revelations, they also ask “Will you change it?”

Pity that no one ever talks about that,

instead remaining focused

on the potential horrors.

Perhaps that is by design?

Is that one of those important pieces that was cut out of the Bible? Maybe it’s locked away in the basement of the Vatican somewhere? Locked away so people never realize their true power? Yes, we have the power under God’s Will to steer this gorgeous planet in virtually any direction we want.

It’s time we begin choosing life over death.

Consider rejecting him this time and pass a new legacy to your progeny. That would be one of those fantastic stories of redemption retold for the next millennium, eh, David? Maybe there is a horrific end to this world to come, but who says it has to happen now?

Only God knows when that day will come, so let’s quit trying to play these silly self-fulfilling prophecies. Some people are running headlong into your plans because somehow they see that as a key to entering heaven. I think it is a simple self-loathing that sends them headlong into your folly.

When they re-awaken to the possibilities of all they can contribute under a new cooperative system, that self-loathing will drop away. It is a temporary loathing, appropriate for a human who has allowed themselves to be enslaved by your system.

They will shake it off quickly as soon as they step into the new system ~ a system which is more of an un-system really. A new paradigm of the expression of creative freedoms in harmony with All That Is.

Don’t you think it would be prudent to take a careful examination of your long life at this point? Wouldn’t it be really wonderful if you could exit off of this earth on the good foot? You have the power to do that.

If you agree with your friend Kissinger ~ that power is the ultimate aphrodisiac ~ then you should jump all over this opportunity because you have the power to send the devil packing with a quickness. We’re sending him packing anyway, but you could join us and send him off just that much sooner, thus saving your soul in the process.

So I have taken a chance, a gamble if you will, in the hopes that maybe an open letter would touch your soul, your heart, show you the sense in adopting a new approach much like an open letter addressed to Vladimir Putin in a best selling book called “Who Are We?” by Vladimir Megré.

The letter urged Putin to put a plan into place that would make Russia the richest, cleanest, happiest, healthiest land in the world. ( I include a pdf copy of the letter to Putin here.) Putin wisely put the plan into place less than 2 years after the letter was published.

I see no reason why this plan can’t be duplicated the whole earth over. Everyone should be allotted a full 3 acres of land for free to build their own little corner of paradise on earth sustaining themselves with wise permaculture practices growing food forests that cooperate with nature allowing nature to sustain us rather than working so foolishly hard to manipulate it into diseased contorted versions of itself.

People have taken discarded scrubs of desert and created lush oases of paradise with smart permaculture management so don’t argue the “not enough arable land” argument.

There is to be no taxation of the land, nor is anything produced, sold or bartered from the land to be taxed. Humans have a right to basic needs of life and this plan affords that without anyone having to spend anything.

Many have already set themselves free and have begun co-creating a beautiful world with their own hands.

There is a surge of eco-villages cropping up all over the world.

Recall that the Russians averted tragedy during their economic collapse of the 90's by turning to the land that feeds them. They grew their own food and now 70% of all food eaten in Russia is organically grown on small family garden plots.

Ahhhh. The thought of it.

America will do the same when you pull the economic rug out from under them. Americans are super resourceful people. They will create their own local script to barter and exchange with each other. They will pull together and reconnect and re-engage with real life again. No more ‘tell lie vision’ to confuse them.

It will probably be one of the best things that happens as everyone will realize they never needed your symbolic pieces of paper in the first place.

When they read the Global Sovereign’s Handbook and realize that they have been jumping through hoops for nothing, the transition from dependence to independence will happen in the blink of an eye and then we will quickly mature into the interdependence stage of symbiotic cooperation.

We are not going to give you that

civil war you may have been hoping for.

Perhaps tickets were already being sold for the ultimate snuff film to be viewed live from all the CCTV cameras posted in major cities throughout the world.

Yes, I imagine a perverted few had already reserved their front row seat to see it live on the big screen safe and secure in one of your D. U. M. B.’s (deep underground military base, in case you can’t keep up with all of your acryonyms). Perhaps the ticket includes buttered popcorn??

I’m sorry to make fun. It’s just all so foreign to me ~ this bizarre blood lust.

Perhaps I would have done the same thing had I been born into your circumstances so I am foolish to point fingers. I am grateful to God I was born into a simple humble life surrounded with all I needed and a mountain of love. This is what I wish for every new child born into this world as does any caring, sentient soul.

And finally, you may ask yourself who I am. Does it matter? I am no one and I am everyone all at the same time. And now I am off to contribute to the solutions by helping to make reparations in a land that my country sadly helped to destroy.

We must forgive ourselves and move on in constructive creativity. I hope to take a nifty invention called the Waterboxx which enables one to reforest the desert without any irrigation system or any maintenance. See the genius we humans have? I hope to inspire the people to reforest their desert with food forests for the next generation to enjoy.

See, David, I need everyone to remain alive, move into vibrant health and begin helping in the regeneration of life on our gorgeous gift of an earth.

If you were smart, truly smart, you’d see that too and pass down the greatest gift to your progeny by clearing the Rockefeller name and immediately switching your plans from plans of destruction to plans of rejuvenation.
