The four big lies underpinning this story show it was likely a staged event.

The media are already spinning a narrative around A violent participant.the events in Washington DC. One that bears no resemblance to reality and does not hold up to any kind of scrutiny and will have massive, far-reaching consequences for all of us.

They’re calling it “one of the darkest days in our nation’s history”, a day that will “live in infamy”. It will likely be memed into a shorthand date ~ 1/6/21, like 9/11 and 7/7.

It will be the day

“American democracy was attacked and prevailed”,

The day the nation nearly fell to “fascists”.

It will become just one more grand sweeping illusion upon which the teetering structures of US Imperial power are built.

The story we are being told goes as follows: 

Yesterday, as congress was preparing to pass the vote endorsing Joe Biden’s election victory, thousands of violent right-wing thugs stormed the Capitol building.

Acting according to Trump’s wishes, and with his endorsement, these domestic terrorists overran the police barricades in an attempt to overthrow the senate and preserve Trump’s presidency.

Fortunately the police were able to secure the situation, drive the violent rioters out and the democratic process was able to continue.

Not one single part of this story is true:

·        There was no “storming”

·        There was no “incitement”

·        There was no “violence”

·        And the riot effectively ended Trump’s presidency.

Let’s tackle them one at a time.

1. There was no “storming”.

Rather videos show police opening barriers to let the “rioters” in.

In the entrance hall, the “violent thugs” respected the velvet ropes and kept in orderly lines, took a few selfies with the cops, posed for the press and ~ when the main events were over ~ they were quietly allowed to leave.

Compare and contrast the police’s treatment of those people inside the capitol, with their later treatment of protesters breaking curfew on the streets.

2. There was no “incitement”.

All of Trump’s social media posts on the subject instructed people to “go home” “with peace and love”.

Is that inciting violence?

Twitter and facebook took the totally unprecedented step of completely removing those posts, and blocked him posting any further. They claimed to be preventing further violence, but

it looks more like they concealed 

Trump’s denunciations of violence.

3. There was no violence.

Indeed whether or not Trump “incited” anything is moot, because there was no violence. Disregard the reports of chemical weapons, pipe bombs or IEDs ~ none of which ever appeared. None of the “rioters” are as yet shown to have hurt anyone.

The only person reportedly killed or injured was a protester allegedly shot by the police. Compare and contrast the attitude of the media to this “violence”, vs. the “fiery but mostly peaceful” protests all last summer.

4. The riot ended Trump’s presidency.

Although the Congressional session was widely described in the press as the “confirmation vote” for Joe Biden’s election victory, it was actually rather more than that.

VP Mike Pence was chairing a joint-session which intended to allow full speeches from those opposing the election and maintaining there had been fraud.

The violence brought this session to an end prematurely, totally undermined Trump’s legal and procedural challenges and killed any chance he had of overturning the Electoral College vote. No sooner was the “attack” over, than many of the Republicans in both houses who were planning to oppose Biden’s election backed-down

More than that, it seems Trump’s “incitement” of the rioters means he may well be removed from office by enforcement of the 25th amendment, which would end not just this term, but make it illegal for him to run again in the future.

Facebook and Twitter have outright banned him from posting. The press and television pundits are openly accusing him of treason and sedition.

So, who has really benefited from the “chaos at the Capitol”?

Because it surely isn’t Donald Trump.

One should always be wary of any event which “accidentally” achieves the exact opposite of its stated or apparent intent.

In the title, I refer to this as America’s Reichstag fire, and that’s not just emotive language, the parallels are pretty clear:

A staged attack on a political building, deliberately misattributed to political enemies and used to consolidate the power of a freshly installed leader.

Even the media coverage is similar, the Nazi government and their tools in the press talked about it in the same exact terms as the US establishment is describing this farcical “coup attempt”. Aiming to terrify people into thinking they were on the verge of an all-out civil war.

Read this quote, and ask yourself if it couldn’t be lifted almost completely from the front page of the Washington Post or New York Times today: 

The burning of the Reichstag was intended to be the signal for a bloody uprising and civil war. Large-scale pillaging in Berlin was planned for as early as four o’clock in the morning on Tuesday. It has been determined that starting today throughout Germany acts of terrorism were to begin against prominent individuals, against private property, against the lives and safety of the peaceful population, and general civil war was to be unleashed…

Within 24 hours of the Reichstag burning, the German President had passed the Reichstag Fire Decree, which declared a state of emergency that totally reversed every civil right the Weimar Republic had guaranteed its citizens:

Articles 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124 and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. It is therefore permissible to restrict the rights of personal freedom [habeas corpus], freedom of (opinion) expression, including the freedom of the press, the freedom to organize and assemble, the privacy of postal, telegraphic and telephonic communications.

While these freedoms have already been severely undermined in the US by the Patriot Act and its successors, those few rights left to American citizens will definitely be under threat once Trump is finally removed and Biden (or Harris) is put in his place.

Although there is not yet any talk of legislation, it’s certainly true there are whispers of purges and other measures to “protect the constitution”.

Some prominent voices are calling for all lawmakers backing Trump to be expelled from office. The Washington Post claimed “seditious Republicans must be held accountable”.

The anti-social media campaign has begun again in earnest too, with Parler and GAB already being blamed for allowing “violent language” on their platforms.

As Twitter and Facebook limit discussion, alternative platforms will be shutdown. Enforcing a corporate monopoly that cooperates with the state 

~ the very definition of fascism.

All this in the name of protecting the nation from “neo-nazi thugs” or “white supremacists” or other phantom threats.

In the name of “protecting the constitution”,

they are tearing it to pieces.

In the name of “preventing a coup”,

they are carrying one out in front of our eyes.

It puts in mind Huey Long’s famous quote when asked if fascism would ever come to America:

Sure, we’ll have Fascism in this country

and we’ll call it anti-Fascism.”

What to make of them is at issue. Many questions are unanswered.

Are they similar to previous European and US post-9/11 attacks?

Was a single individual responsible or were others unnamed or not known involved?

Was it homegrown and/or outside inspired, despite what's been reported?

And why Norway, an unlikely target despite its NATO membership, token participation in Afghanistan, and Libya operations it scaled back and will end entirely by August 1. Last May, in fact, Defense Minister Grete Faremo told Norway's Parliament that despite taking part in NATO air attacks (dropping 289 bombs):

"There is no military solution to the situation in Libya. It must be solved politically."

She added that Norway would scale back operations after its three-month commitment ended on June 24, ahead of ending them entirely weeks later.

At the same time, Norway supports Palestinian independence, de jure UN membership, and Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store heads an international aid committee for Palestine. Moreover, its parliament earlier passed initiatives critical of Israel, and Finance Minister Kristin Halvorsen (from 2005 ~ 2009, now Education Minister) proposed boycotting Israeli products in 2006 though Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg disapproved.

However, in August 2010, Norway declined to purchase Israeli military products because of tensions between Israel and Palestine as well as its neighbors.

It's not known, but Friday's attack may relate to Norway's support for Palestinian sovereignty.

Perhaps it was planned and initiated to influence its policy on granting full Palestinian UN membership in September, and may also be part of Washington's Global War on Terror.

Moreover, the notion of a lone bomber/gunman is very suspect, especially one able to kill 91 people, an unprecedented nearly impossible feat singlehanded. Were there others involved?

These and other questions demand answers, as well as specific bombing details, including whether what happened demanded expertise beyond the capability of untrained people.

Who gains and loses from every terror incident must also be asked, certainly not suspects charged, convicted and imprisoned. Geopolitical interests are central. This time Western and Israeli ones are key.

On July 22, New York Times writers Elisha Mala and J. David Goodman were in battle mode headlining, "At Least 80 Dead in Norway Shooting," saying:

"A lone political extremist bombed the government center here on Friday, killing 7 people....before heading to an island summer camp for young members of the governing Labor Party and killing at least 80 people."

A July 23 follow-up headlined, "Death Toll Rises to 91 in Norway Attacks," saying:

"The Norwegian police charged a 32-year-old man (Anders Behring Breivik, identified as) a Christian fundamentalist with right-wing connections, over the bombing of a government center here and a shooting attack on a nearby island that together left at least 91 people dead."

Police didn't know if he was part of a greater conspiracy. Said police official Roger Andresen:

"What we do know, is that he is right-wing and a Christian fundamentalist."

Oslo police chief of staff Johan Fredriksen said he wasn't surprised that a blond, blue-eyed man was involved. He likely would have made a harsher statement if a Muslim was charged, homegrown or otherwise.

Police also said very likely the two incidents were connected. No evidence proves it despite claims of explosives found on Utoya Island where the shootings occurred.

An anonymous police official said that "it seems that this is not linked to any international terrorist organizations," adding it's "probably more Norway's Oklahoma City than (its) World Trade Center."

Reuters said Breivik belonged to Norway's Progress Party, the second largest in Parliament, was a member from 2004 - 2006, and in its youth party from 1997 - 2007. Progress leader Siv Jensen indicated he left the party, wanting to disassociate it from anyone charged with terror attacks.

Obama's initial reaction stoked war on terror fears, saying:

"It's a reminder that the entire international community has a stake in preventing this kind of terror from occurring, and that we have to work cooperatively together both on intelligence and in terms of prevention of these kinds of horrible attacks," implying Islamic involvement to justify America's imperial aggression.

It's much too early to know or draw conclusions about Oslo.

Yesterday on Russia Today television, this writer told viewers to be wary of official accounts, especially early ones later proved false. Red flags were also mentioned, notably when accusations are made quickly, naming names, followed by arrests.

Police work takes time. Often weeks or months are needed to solve crimes. In fact, many end up unsolved in closed case files. Quick conclusions should make everyone wary.

OKLAHOMA CITY'S ALFRED P. MURRAH FEDERAL BUILDING BOMBING

Oklahoma City bombing.org's Kevin Caruso described it as follows:

"On April 19, 1995, at 9:02 am local time, a massive truck bomb exploded in front of the (building), killing 168 people (including 19 children) and injuring over 800."

The building was heavily damaged. So were more than 300 others within a sixteen-block radius, as well as dozens of cars. The blast was heard up to 30 miles away.

Officials said a rented Ryder truck with around 5,000 pounds of explosives caused it. Within 90 minutes of the incident, Timothy McVeigh was arrested on a firearms charge, spent two days in jail, then was charged with the bombing.

On May 10, Terry Nichols, his alleged accomplice, was apprehended in Kansas. On June 11, 2001, McVeigh was executed. Nichols received life in prison.

Prosecutors claimed they timed the attack to coincide with the second anniversary of the Waco Mount Carmel Center siege (beginning February 28, 1993), ending in immolation on April 19. It killed 76 Branch Davidians inside - a state terrorist attack for which no one was held accountable, including Attorney General Janet Reno who approved the lethal assault.

What, in fact, happened in Oklahoma City? Studies conducted by accredited explosives experts and professional demolition contractors concluded that only high-grade military explosives, detonators, and proper multiple internal placements could have caused such extensive destruction.

Elgin Air Force Base's Armament Wright Laboratory studied the incident, concluding that no single truck bomb was involved. Led by (Ret.) Brig. General Benton K. Partin (its former director and noted explosives and ordnance expert), it said the ANFO truck bomb couldn't cause steel-reinforced concrete columns to collapse. According to Partin:

"The total incompatibility with a single truck bomb lies in the fact that either some of the columns collapsed that should not have collapsed or some of (them) are still standing that should have collapsed and did not. This is a classic cover-up of immense proportions."

"To cause the damage pattern that occurred to the Murrah building, there would have to have been demolition charges at several supporting column bases, at locations not accessible from the street, to supplement the truck bomb damage. Indeed, a careful examination of photographs showing the collapsed column bases reveal a failure mode produced by demolition charges and not by a blast from the truck bomb."

Additional forensic evidence showed other devices were involved, what America's media suppressed from early reports to the present. They supported official falsified accounts, raising suspicions about whether McVeigh and Nichols were, in fact, innocent.

NOTABLE POST-9/11 FALSE FLAG ATTACKS

David Ray Griffin has done extraordinary work, separating 9/11 myths from reality in numerous books, articles and lectures. He and others revealed vital truths about what really happened, completely discrediting official lies and coverup.

In an April 5, 2006 lecture titled, "9/11: The Myth and the Reality," Griffin concluded saying:

"It would seem for many reasons that the official story of 9/11, which has served as a religious Myth in the intervening years (and still does), is a myth in the pejorative sense of a story that does not correspond to reality."

In fact, irrefutable facts completely discredit the official mythology, but dare claim that on corporate TV or radio and be pilloried and forever banished.

Others also produced important facts, including James Fetzer, founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, a non-partisan association of faculty, students, and scholars, dedicated to exposing official lies, removing the shroud of deceit, and revealing truths behind 9/11.

In addition, Richard Gage, founder of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, remains "dedicated to exposing the falsehoods and to revealing truths about the 'collapses' of the 3 World Trade Center high-rises on September 11, 2001."

Sadly, 9/11, a clear false flag launched a decade of imperial wars against Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, likely others to come, as well as numerous proxy wars in Bahrain, Central Africa, Haiti, Honduras, Colombia, and at home against Muslims, Latino immigrants, and working Americas under Republican and Democrat leaders, as well as bipartisan congressional complicity.

It also launched a Global War on Terror (GWOT), producing other notable false flags, including:

The March 2004 Madrid train bombings occurred three days before Spain's general elections. With no supportive evidence, Al Qaeda was blamed to stoke fear about potential similar attacks in other Western cities, including American ones.

The July 7, 2005 London underground bombings (called 7/7) were a series of attacks on the city's public transport system during the morning rush hour for maximum disruption and casualties. At precisely the same time, an anti-terror drill occurred, simulating real attacks. It was no coincidence, others in America and Britain came on the same day.

AP reported that Israel's London embassy warned Scotland Yard in advance, and Israeli Army Radio said:

"Scotland Yard had intelligence warnings of the attacks a short time before they occurred," but didn't act or issue alerts. Moreover, Israel's then finance minister Netanyahu (now prime minister) was told to skip a London economic conference where he was scheduled to speak. Other officials were also warned, but not the public. As a result, 52 people died. Over 700 were injured.

It's no exaggeration calling 7/7 a false flag operation to heighten fear and keep Britain allied with America's imperial wars.

On 9/11 morning, the CIA ran a "pre-planned simulation to explore the emergency response issues that would be created if a plane were to strike a building." Held at the Agency's Chantilly, Virginia Reconnaissance Office, AP reported (on August 22, 2002) that it simulated "a small corporate jet (hitting) one of the four towers....after experiencing a mechanical failure."

Unreported at the time was a planned Homeland Security conference a year later, commemorating 9/11. Held under the auspices of the National Law Enforcement and Security Institute, one of its speakers was John Fulton, CIA Chief of the Strategic War Gaming Division of the National Reconnaissance office in charge of the operation. Another coincidence, or was something more sinister afoot?

In October 2000, the Pentagon simulated a commercial plane striking the Pentagon, coordinated by its Command Emergency Response Team and the Defense Protective Services Police. This and the 9/11 exercises are more than coincidental, given what's now known and the fallout.

On June 30, 2007, a Jeep Cherokee with propane canisters crashed into Glasgow International Airport's glass doors, the BBC reporting that it "was in the middle of the doorway burning....The car didn't actually explode. There were a few pops and bangs which presumably was the petrol."

The usual suspects were falsely blamed, Al Qaeda and Islamic terrorists. Then Prime Minister Gordon Brown said:

"We are dealing, in general term, with people who are associated with Al Qaeda."

The UK Telegraph reported:

An "unknown Al Qaeda terrorist cell (was) thought to be preparing to launch a series of Baghdad-style car bombings."

ABC News said:

"All of this comes just three weeks after what was described as an Al Qaeda graduation ceremony for suicide bombers at a training camp in Pakistan."

Neither Brown, other officials, or media reports cited evidence, just fear mongering accusations. The incident was another likely false flag to maintain public support for global terror wars, including against Islam in America, continental Europe and Britain.

It still rages out-of-control, harming millions in war theaters and Muslims in Western countries, falsely charged with alleged attacks they never conceived, planned or committed.

In Miami, on January 11, 2010 (one day before Haiti's earthquake), the Pentagon's US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) simulated a hurricane striking the island in preparation for subsequent measures to be implemented. A carefully prepared military operation, they included occupying, controlling, and plundering the island.

Moreover, Deputy SOUTHCOM head, General PK Keen, was in Haiti when the quake struck, ready to assume command when it did and use a communication tool called the Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation project (TISC), linking other nations and NGOs with the Pentagon and US government to facilitate measures to be implemented.

None were to help Haitians. They've endured scandalous depravation before, in the immediate aftermath, and 18 months after the quake. Today, in fact, hundreds of thousands are still homeless, a Washington-rigged election installed anti-populist Duvalierist Michel ("Sweet Micky") president, and cholera still ravages the country unchecked, months after it first emerged, claiming thousands of lives.

Nonetheless, Obama officials focus only on colonizing Haiti for profit. Perhaps they're also planning new false flags or other official lies to justify future imperial wars, ready to launch when ordered.

Expect them because the business of America is war, besides grand theft transferring of maximum private and public wealth to corporate giants and super-rich elites, leaving working households on their own and out of luck.

That's today's reality, what future generations can expect unless enough public anger no longer tolerates it.

MEGA RITUAL 2011?: BERLIN: FIFA WOMEN'S SOCCER WORLD CUP

Thanks to reader Skeptikos for the lead on this important story.  Sadly all the links in the piece he provided were in German, and I don’t know a word of the language.  I looked about for English information and am amazed at what I have found. First I will post the information sent to me by Skeptikos and then I will go on to what I have found translated elsewhere.

ATTORNEY SUES GERMAN CHANCELLOR

The office of the German attorney with the name of Torsten van Geest has sued the Chancellor of Germany, Dr. Angela Merkel on the 31rd of May, seeking the judge to place an interim injunction on Miss Merkel to reveal all her knowledge about a planned false flag event on 26th June this year,

I would also like to stress, that this is something extraordinary. For an attorney to come out into the open this far, is either very bold or very silly. I assume he must have convincing facts to risk his career or being of such high moral status that he does not care about his own well-being but trying to save lives. In many years following German conspiracies I have never come across something like this.

Mr. van Geest details in his bill of indiction that this is in order to 'avoid a nuclear terror attack on German soil planned for 26th of June this year in the Olympia stadium in Berlin' at around 6 to 7pm.

He wants the chancellor to be sentenced ~ according to her oath to work for the good of the German people and to prevent any harm ~ to:

1. Address the public until 26th of June openly (in TV, interviews and public addresses) and inform us about the danger of state-terrorism from intelligences of other countries, hiding themselves under a false flag, taking into account meetings with the group of Bilderberger and the Atlantic bridge.

2. To inform us that the reason for this attack is:

To assign it to the wrong countries, religious or ethnic groups.

To reduce our civil rights even further

3. And she should openly declare that she is not supporting this.
She is also asked to:

Set up a special police task force to investigate into this.

To observe all members of foreign intelligence agencies, NATO terror organization 'Gladio', and other state-terrorism organizations.

To monitor the stadium continually for any traces of conventional explosives and ionizing radiation.

To make sure that not conventional or nuclear attack by land, water or air can be realized.

To monitor continually the natural gas in place under the stadium and all access ways of the energy company in order to avoid any deliberate detonation.

To control all means and tools used for the opening ceremony for any possible use as a weapon.

To prohibit any training for terror simulations in Berlin on that day, be it local police, police of other German states or foreign nations.

Rising public press about the possibility of a nuclear threat

He piles more and more clues from movies, clips, PC-games, music ("First we'll take Manhattan, then we'll take Berlin"), the logo of the FIFA (international soccer association ) to support his claim.

1. To reveal a planned terror attack of foreign agencies with the goal of pushing national governments to give up their independence for the sake of a world government. He hopes also that this attack will then be canceled as the goal of it has become too obvious.

2. To alert policemen, journalists, members of German intelligence agencies and publishers which might be able to save lives.

Van Geest concludes by saying that he waves his copyright on this indictment and that it can therefore be spread anywhere, except for commercial purposes. His final sentence is:

'May God may save us

from this planned disaster'

SECRET TRAINING OF DRESDEN DISASTER RELIEF UNIT?

Politaia adds also the anonymous message of someone who claims to belong to the Disaster-Relief unit in Dresden. He says, that they usually do their trainings publicly and even announce them to the press to show their readiness to the population. But on 10th of May until 11th of May last month they held an “emergency exercise”:

"Transport of masses of wounded people after a bomb attack" in complete secrecy in the soccer stadium of Dresden. This is where one of the stadiums for the World Cup is taking place. The whistle-blower seemed to be concerned about this unusual secrecy.

Similar indications and warnings were known before the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States but were not acted upon. This time, such indications and warnings should be publicized in advance in order to mobilize public awareness and support to help prevent this possible attack.

Attorney Torsten van Geest has submitted a “provisional order” ~ a legal instrument used to establish preliminary rulings in a court case ~ documenting specific indications and warnings to force the German government and those responsible for security in Berlin to take these warnings seriously and act accordingly upon them. The order also contains extensive background material about foreknowledge of the September 11, 2001 attacks which, had it been taken seriously at the time, may have prevented the tragedies.

The order provides comprehensive material over 405 pages that explains how, throughout modern history, secret-service operatives from many nations have conducted so-called “false-flag” terror attacks that have been blamed on specific ethnic groups or countries in order to create chaos, to create enmity between peoples, and to advance a concrete world domination agenda generally referred to as the New World Order. This new-world-order agenda seeks to concentrate power in the hands of a few unseen, unknown elite organizations that are actively undermining true democracy and freedom worldwide. The order will force the German government and security representatives to act upon the warnings and prevent another large-scale tragedy from happening.

MOTION FOR THE DECREE OF A PROVISIONAL ORDER

I submit herewith a motion for the decree of a provisional order ~ or, as appropriate, due to the urgency of this matter, without a verbal hearing with the chairman alone: ~ in order to prevent an imminent terror attack on German soil, specifically in Berlin, specifically in the Olympic Stadium on 26.06.2011 at the approximate time between 6 PM and 7 PM in the form of a nuclear terrorist attack carried out by foreign secret-service operatives as a so-called "false-flag operation", the following order is to be decreed:

1. The defendant to 1.) Is compelled, in accordance with her sworn oath of office from 22.11.2005, with which she promises to dedicate her forces to the wellbeing of the German people, to the increase their benefits, and to protect them from harm,

a) To inform the public prior to 26.6.2011, using the appropriate instruments, such as television interviews or speeches about the danger of “false-flag“ state terror attacks as well as

b) To warn, in the course of her meetings with members of the following networks

aa) “the Bilderbergs„

bb) “the Atlantic Bridge”

about the possible false-flag nuclear attack in Berlin on 26.6.2011 and to make unequivocally clear to them that with respect to the actions that the attack is intended to produce:

(1) acts of war against other nations or religious groups or ethnic groups, who will be framed as being responsible for the attack, as well as

(2) restriction of civil liberties

that she as Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany will not support these actions.

2. The defendant to 2.) is compelled to, 

a) immediately create a special Berlin police operations unit that has no ties whatsoever to any secret service organization, and that is mandated and equipped to discover and prevent a nuclear or conventional terror attack on German soil in conjunction with the women's world soccer championship in Berlin especially on 26.06.2011, inasmuch as it

aa) puts persons, who are members of a foreign secret service organization, the NATO terror organization "Gladio" or other state terrorist organized nations and networks suspected of carrying out the targeted murderer of civilians as part of their mandate under 24 hour surveillance starting immediately and continuing until the end of the women's world soccer championship.

bb) monitors the Berlin Olympic Stadium with respect to conventional explosives as well as those utilizing ionizing radiation and to prevent any such explosives from being used anywhere near the stadium.

cc) ensures, that no conventional or nuclear attacks over land, by water (using the Spree or other water bodies), or through the air can reach the Berlin Olympic Stadium on 26.06.2011.

dd) prevents the possibility of subterranean explosions targeting the natural gas storage facility located under the stadium as well as its access points that are operated by the energy utility company GASAG by implementing round-the-clock surveillance.

ee) examines and tests all materials and tools that will be used during the opening ceremonies using all possible methods with respect to their use as weapons in the sense indicated above ;

b) forbids drills ~ conventional or nuclear ~ simulating terror attacks on 26.06.2011 for the entire duration of the game day and to forbid corresponding terror drills being conducted by other federal states or nations in the territory of the state of Berlin as a police prevention measure because in historical false flag attacks, simultaneously conducted drills made it difficult or impossible to distinguish between the drill and the real attack.

STATEMENT OF REASONS/JUSTIFICATION:

The petitioner lives and works in Essen in Nordrhein-Westfalen. The defendant to 1.) is Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, the defendant to 2.) Is Minister of the Interior of the Federal State of Berlin in the Federal Republic of Germany. 

The object of this, unfortunately rather comprehensive (due to the complexity of this matter), motion for order is the concrete danger of an attack, planned by foreign secret service operatives, on the Berlin Olympic Stadium on the occasion of the opening ceremonies on 26.06.11, whose goal it is to position this attack as another act of Islamic terrorists and to use this to cause the people of the nations affected by the attack to accept additional measures in the international “war on terror.“

The existence of the general danger of an attack has already been admitted by the defendant to

Not only the media, but also all politicians, including the defendant, in their public statements, point exclusively to Islamic terrorism and in particular to the as Al Qaeda designated terror network as the only possible perpetrators of an imminent terror attack in Europe and specifically on German soil.

As will be shown within the context of this motion, well-known politicians, including the former Chancellor Helmut Schmidt and several presidents of the United States of America have explicitly stated that the greatest danger of terrorist activities originate not with Islamic operators, but rather from the terrorism perpetrated by the state itself or through terrorist networks that the state controls, so-called

especially from (foreign) secret-service false-flag attacks, which are choreographed to motivate the general populace to accept certain political reactions ranging from restrictive laws all the way up to acts of war, which they would otherwise not accept, except under the duress of such acts of violence, that they may even demand such measures as the solutions to the very problems created by the state itself!

Helmut Schmidt put it this way in an Interview in the famous publication „Die Zeit“ on 30.8.2007:

ZEIT: Was there a special form of terrorism in Germany through Baader, Meinhof and the others?

Schmidt: I suspect that all terrorism, regardless whether it is the German RAF, the Italian Brigate Rosse, the French, the Irish, the Spaniards or Arabians is similar in its contempt for human life. But they all are dwarfed by certain forms of state terrorism.

ZEIT: Are you serious? Who do you mean?

Schmidt: Let's leave it at that. But I really mean what I say.

His assessment of the situation is especially meaningful, not only because of his many-year chancellorship of the Federal Republic of Germany, but also because of his contacts to almost all of the world's important political figures as well as well-known persons belonging to the powerful networks listed in paragraph 1b) that endured long after his chancellorship.

But there were also other top politicians who articulated similar and even more-explicit warnings about the dangers of the fascist developments promoted by real, existent, anti-democratic conspiracies perpetrated by elite power groups.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt explained for example in one of his famous speeches:

"In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.” ~ Franklin Delano Roosevelt, US-President from 1933 - 1945;

Benjamin Disraeli, British Prime Minister 1868, and 1874-1980 said:

"For you see, the world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes."

The  most emphatic warning of all came from John F. Kennedy, later murdered, who warned of a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy in an almost desperate tone as he appealed to American media representatives.

I would like to preface the following explanations with the emphatic "Insider Warning" that Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik gave a few days ago in an interview on American television. Pieczenik was a member of the most influential American think tank "Council on foreign relations".

He also held a top position in the ministry of foreign affairs as well as leadership positions under four presidents. He has deep knowledge of the American political and military apparatus and their network. His warning therefore carries considerable weight and must be heeded by German politicians:

"The war on terror is a story, because terror is not a war, it is a tactic, ... and Dick Cheney are criminals and liars, because there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.”

Steve R. Pieczenik also said:

"The event of 9/11 was carried out for one purpose: it was carried out to mobilize the  American public to go to a war that they didn't need to go to, that they knew nothing about, where we had prepositioned soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq six to nine months beforehand. And when it was done, it was based on Paul Wolfowitz; Dick Cheney; Bush Jr.; Steve Hadley; Elliott Abrams, in the White House; Zalmay Khalilzad; Dennis Ross, who's now still envoy, who's never been held accountable; you have Condoleezza Rice; you have all the people who were in the military particularly the Air Force generals; who were involved.

“They can deny it any much they want, but I have the whole list of names. They know who they are.

“And the intel, the CIA operatives who worked under SOLIC, Special Operations Low Intensity Conflict, were all involved in what's called a stand-down, a false flag operation, in order to mobilize the American public on the false pretense that we were attacked by Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden, which is an absolute, unmitigated lie.

“It was told to me even by the general on the staff of Wolfowitz. I will go in front of a federal committee and swear on perjury who the name was of the individual, so that we could break it open. I was furious. I knew it had happened. I taught stand-down and false flag operations at the National War College. I've taught it with all my operatives, so I knew exactly what was done to the American public."

He went on:

"And I warn the President of the United States: cease and desist this nonsensical story. And stop calling the American people conspirator and marginalizing us….because the truth of the matter is the more things that he says that are absurd and contradictory the more he's going to expose himself to people like myself and others about his own questionable background. I'm not talking about his birther. He knows he has a very questionable history. And he's treading on very dangerous waters when he comes into the world of psyops, in a world where guys like me and others I work with are really professional…"

"And I warn the intelligence community that's listening now and the military: do not even think of creating another false flag, because that will be the beginning of a second American revolution, that will be the beginning where, really, the American public that is allowed to have guns will really understand that this country is out of control."

"But I'm warning those who are creating this story ~ including the intelligence community, the 850,000 people involved in counter-terrorism ~ beware of what you do. You will be held accountable. The American public will hold you accountable. There are myself and others who understand exactly who you are, what you are doing. Do not mess with the American public. And that's my warning.

There will be more deceptions, more lies, but if you increase your TSA, you increase your security, you will weaken the fibers of our democracy ~ and that will begin the second American revolution. … So you better understand ~ once again, I have not given you a false threat ~ I am threatening you, again, on behalf of the Americans, as an American, do not play with America's security, freedom, and the right to protest: that will be the demise of your institution.

“And Obama, you cannot keep lying. Your lying will undo this presidency and will undo the fabric of our society."
