Lest we forget: 

Vittorio Arrigoni, Martyr

February 4, 1975 ~ April 15, 2011

Stop today for a moment to think of this fine man 

who had his life stolen from him. 

His legacy is huge.

Vittorio will not be forgotten;

his sacrifice was unexpected.

But know this, dear Reader, 

he was just that, 

a sacrifice to the dark gods of the enemy.

His light was more than they would withstand
and so they quenched it.
For this they burn. 
*

Palestine remembers him and always shall 

~ for he was one of theirs.
*

The people hold him in their hearts.

And now, in memory of Vittorio Arrigoni, martyr,

go out and do good for others ~

 preferably anonymously.
