I find it highly doubtful that a Palestinian would be stupid enough to do this. They know the ramifications of such actions and, have on the whole, been keeping fairly low key in the face of their daily aggravation.
Perhaps I am wrong and a Palestinian was pushed over the edge after losing one person too many to settler violence; however, if my hunch is correct, it would not be the first time that the Zionists have killed their own for political ends.
They have murdered their own, sacrificed many hundreds of thousands to the Nazis, blown up their own synagogues costing the lives of other Jews. So why is this situation any different? This gives Israel the "excuse" to ratchet up the heat in Palestine, something they have been doing daily since the end of Operation Cast Lead, egg the settlers on to new levels of hatred and violence, and perhaps evoke a little pity on the world stage. Now, perhaps I am way off base.... but when someone has cried wolf so many times before, who is to say they are not doing it again?
Gov't OKs hundreds of housing units after Itamar attack
By JPOST.COM STAFF03/13/2011
The ministerial team for settlements approved hundreds of new apartments in the settlements of Ma'ale Adumim, Ariel, Kiryat Sefer and in Gush Etzion in a special meeting on Saturday.
The move comes in the wake of a terrorist attack on Friday in which five members of one family were stabbed to death in the West Bank settlement of Itamar.

Among the participants in the specially called meeting were Prime Minister Binyamin Netnayahu, Vice Premier Yoshe Ya'alon, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Homeland Security Minister Matan Vilna'i. Sources in the Prime Minister's Office told Israel Radio that the plan deals with measured building inside existing settlement blocs.
Chairman of the Council of Jewish Communities in Judea and Samaria Danny Dayan on Sunday criticized the government's decision to approve the building permits, saying that it shouldn't have only after the Fogel family was murdered.
"The government's decision is a small move in the right direction, given that construction in Yehuda and Shomron stands at a negative index of thousands of housing units," he said.
Dayan added, "The government should approve additional construction and of course, should finally approve the master plan for Itamar and the building of a new neighborhood in the name of those murdered."
"This unfortunately is only the first time since the formation of the second Netanyahu government that new housing has been approved and it's a pity that parents and their children needed to be murdered for it to do so."

Hey Noor,...They have just shown a "pity piece", here on talmudvision in rosthchalia, the intro announced an increase in settlement building, the story then went on to report the (alleged) mass murder of a 'settler' (land thieves) family, that were stabbed to death, all of the them, yeah, a whole family stabbed to death in their home; no other details just a cutaway to some yiddish departmental freak called Landau, stating that as a result there would be a dramatic increase in the volume of new settler homes to "show those terrorists" that they cannot intimidate the state of israhell, and terrorism will only make the israhelli people more determined to defend themselves. WTF?
ReplyDeleteYeah, when there's a mass murder in my home-town, the authorities always respond by announcing an increase in public works; these fucking idiots don't even stop to fluff this garbage up anymore - fatal arrogance...
These monsters will not stop; they have to BE stopped!
Support Palestine - send anti-tank rockets and anti-aircraft missiles!
