Xionkeng Village before the overhaul.
ED Noor: When I saw this headline my first reaction
was of horror, the expected, “Heartless sob” response but then amazement set
in. I wonder how often this sort of
thing goes on and we never hear about it in the West? Is this a onetime thing or just an act of
charity that goes under reported?
In the West, people are frequently dispossessed at the
whim of the powers-who-want-to-be ~ a highway here, a coliseum there, urban sprawl
everywhere, manufactured climate change forcing relocation ~ these happen all
the time at the expense of the small people. We know about them and the high
social cost which the resulting poverty and despair have taken on American life
in general.
When China began its urbanization in a big way
before the Olympics a few years ago, huge swathes of land were forcefully
evacuated, displacing thousands (at least).
Where did these folks go to? Where do they go when the factories they
slave for spit them out?
Xiong Shuihua’s incredibly selfless gesture is the sort of deed
that could really create change in
our world. If, for example, the top percentage of wealthy people around
the globe decided to allocate even the smallest portion of their wealth
for philanthropist causes such as this, the amount of people whose lives would
change for the better would be monumental.
We need to see and hear more of such kindnesses taking place in our world. Are men like Xiong Shuihua rare? If anyone
knows of other such acts of awesomeness in China or any other place, where
someone gives back so richly, please, please, do let me know. Post links in the comment section below.
Think how fine the world would be if, instead of usury, there were more of these types around?
Note: Family members recently returned from
a long trip to the Orient, including China, with their best friends, a Chinese
couple and their elderly mother; all claim that much of the flavour is lost
now, that shopping there is no different from shopping in Paris or Dallas ~ the
“street flavour” is gone, says the old Mamma.
~ Xiong Shuihua paid for wooden huts he grew up in to be knocked down~ Tycoon then spent millions replacing them with luxury flats for residents~ He has housed 72 families to repay them for their kindness in his youth~ A further 18 families who were particularly kind will be given villas to live in~ Elderly and low paid residents will also be given three meals a day for free~ Flats constructed in Xiongkeng village in the city of Xinyu, southern China
ED Noor: This is true hands-on charity in your own back yard. No NGO's or invasion on pretext of charity involved...

A
millionaire Chinese businessman has bulldozed the wooden huts and muddy roads
where he grew up ~ and built luxury homes for the people who lived there.
Xiong
Shuihua was born in Xiongkeng village in the city of Xinyu, southern China and
said that his family had always been well looked after and supported by
residents in his childhood.
So when the
54-year-old ended up making millions in the steel industry he decided to repay
the favour ~ for free.

Five years
ago, the area was run down and many lived in basic homes.
But the area
has been transformed in recent years and now 72 families are enjoying life in
luxury new flats.
Meanwhile,
18 families, who were particularly kind to the businessman, were given villas
of their own in a project costing close to £4million.

in, he even promised three meals a day to the older residents and people on a

Noor: OMGosh! Did I read that correctly?! It is SO difficult restrain from a
snide comment about usury and bankers’ greed here! Phew, that overwhelming anti-semitic urge has passed.
The
multimillionaire made his money first of all in the construction industry and
later by getting involved in the steel trade.
He said:
'I earned more money than I knew what to do with, and I didn't want to forget my roots.'I always pay my debts, and wanted to make sure the people who helped me when I was younger and my family were paid back.'
ED
Noor: OMGosh #2. He really did say that. Wow. Whatever is in the water he
drinks needs to be shared with the rest of the planet. It should be bottled and force fed to the elite at the next Bilderberg Conference!
My one question is, where did all the chickens from the old village life style go? Or the small garden plots? I hope that there is space for that type of village independence still available.

local Qiong Chu, 75, said: 'I remember his parents. They were kind-hearted
people who cared very much for others, and it's great that their son has
inherited that kindness.'

Very cool. Now, I expect our Jewish overlords to do the same.
ReplyDeleteYou betcha! That is why so many have been rendered homeless over the past decade or two ~ to clear space.
DeleteActually, one of the saddest stories I ever did was about a homeless persons' camp in New Jersey. The story and what remain of the photos are here:
http://snippits-and-slappits.blogspot.ca/2011/09/america-today-heartbreaking-pictures.html
Last year I read that this camp has been closed down at last because a group of Hassidics have moved into the area and have been purchasing the surrounding properties for expansion of Beth Medrash Govoha, the largest yeshiva in America.
Quote from the Jewish Daily Forward: "Akerman, an Orthodox Jew originally from the Boro Park section of Brooklyn, described the encampment as “hazardous” and “subhuman” in a recent interview in his office. “It’s gut-wrenching. You can’t dream up Tent City. It’s horrible."
You can decide from the photos in my article just how "subhuman" it was there. The article from the JDJ is pretty harsh considering it comes from Orthodox Jews.
So expect no kindness from these overlords, goyim. They have not shown any so far, why should they change courses now? After all, their work is far from done yet ~ still much to be stolen yet ~ things like your gold dental fillings!
OMG! This is so GREAT! Posting it to Twitter, Google, & email group. Maybe there's still hope. Keep the prayers going, but in the meantime, don't expect this kindness to sprout from the barren fields of the hard hearted ZIO-Nazi NeoCons. Thanks Noor. Peace, Love & Light
