JESSE VENTURA THREATENS TO VACATE US OVER TSA GROPING

Former Governor considering obtaining Mexican citizenship, vows never to fly again in America if lawsuit struck down

Former Governor Jesse Ventura has promised to never fly again in the U.S. and could even seek Mexican citizenship if a lawsuit that charges the TSA with violating the Americans with Disabilities Act for touching the genitals of travelers is struck down by a federal judge this week.
Ventura launched the lawsuit back in January after having been subjected to invasive grope-downs by TSA agents on numerous occasions which included them touching his genitals. The former Governor has a metal plate in his hip which routinely sets off metal detectors.

Ventura’s lawsuit, first filed on January 24, includes violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the 4th Amendment, arguing that he and others with disabilities have been discriminated against and unduly singled out by TSA despite presenting no threat and warranting no reason for lawful search. Further, Ventura has argued that his ability to travel freely has been infringed, hampering his ability to work.

Radio host Alex Jones personally met with Ventura this past weekend at his 60th birthday party in Los Angeles.

Although his lawyer told him that he thinks there is a good case, Ventura believes that his lawsuit will be struck down because the federal government doesn’t want to give Ventura the opportunity to dig in to what the TSA is really doing.

Despite the massive inconvenience in addition to the threat such a decision poses to his television career, Ventura told Jones that he would never fly again if the ruling went against him. For Ventura, standing up for his principles is the most important thing.

Ventura is planning a major press conference if the ruling goes against him on the Friday after the judgment and promised that it would be an event no one would want to miss, an “incredible” spectacle “like nothing I’ve ever done,” said Ventura.

The former Governor even intimated that he is considering obtaining Mexican citizenship and permanently vacating the United States altogether. The ruling on Ventura’s case is expected to be delivered on Friday.

Before launching the lawsuit, Ventura privately told Alex Jones “That’s why I want to leave the United States,” adding, “This is why I go down to Mexico ~ this is wrong.” Ventura indicated that he was most concerned about the destruction of the 4th Amendment and passing of the America he once knew.

TSA misconduct hit the headlines again at the end of last week, with a D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that concluded the TSA violated federal law by rolling out radiation firing body scanners in airports without soliciting public comment. However, the court said that the scanners were “constitutional” and refused to halt their use.

Regarding Ventura’s popular television TruTV series Conspiracy Theory, a third season is in the works, but Ventura’s role will be that of a war room information general, in accordance with his refusal to fly until the TSA changes its policy on grope downs.

The other researchers on the program will bring information to Ventura, including new team members Tyrell Ventura, Jesse’s son, as well as Sean Stone, son of legendary film director Oliver Stone.

Ventura is set to appear on the Alex Jones Show in the near future to flesh out all these details and more.

WOMAN ACCUSED OF GROPING TSA AGENT AT PHOENIX AIRPORT

Good for her. They ask an elderly woman to remove her diaper, rip out a man’s colostomy, pat down or grope kids, make the handicapped remove limbs, squeeze men’s genitalia, well, I think I know where this woman was coming from. Or perhaps she actually dared to possess some dignity and self respect! I don't understand why what she did warrants a crime status but any of the above and so much more are "just the cost of safety".

Flier allegedly grabbed the breast of a security agent at an airport checkpoint

PHOENIX ~

Some people are applauding a Colorado woman for grabbing a TSA agent's breast during the security screening.

Authorities say 61-year-old Yukari Mihamae  who allegedly groped a female Transportation Security Administration agent at Phoenix’s international airport is facing a felony count of sexual abuse.

Mihame is accused of using both hands to grab and squeeze the left breast of the unidentified TSA agent Thursday at an airport checkpoint.

"The female became argumentative and refused to be screened by TSA staff. During the argument the suspect grabbed the breast of the TSA employee. The suspect admitted to grabbing the TSA agent and continued being argumentative," stated Phoenix Police.

According to a statement by the TSA:
"On July 14 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport at approximately 5:32 PM EDT, local law enforcement arrested a passenger for assaulting a TSA officer during the screening process. TSA officers work every day to protect the traveling public, and the agency will not tolerate assaults against its workforce."
NOOR: BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH

There's been an outpouring of support for Mihamae, perhaps because the TSA is an agency that people love to hate, especially after receiving lots of criticism lately about their "invasive" screening procedures.

True sheeple are saying, “Baaaaaa baaaa” which, when translated into English says something along the line of “the TSA is just there to do their job, and if you don't like it, don't fly.”

"My first thought was good for you, to try and get back at them just a little bit," said Marcus Brown, a Phoenix resident. "I think it's kind of a personal violation. I know since 9/11 we have to have some security but sometimes I think it goes a little too far."

"I think it's ridiculous," counters Eric Stern. "TSA are doing their job. They're paid to do a job. If you want to fly in an airplane, there are rules you have to follow."

Baaa baaaaa!

Police were called and say Mihamae admitted grabbing the TSA agent and continued to argue with officers before she was arrested.

The self-employed businesswoman is now facing a single count of felony sex abuse. She was released from jail on Friday morning.

Karen Brooks of Phoenix understands where Mihamae's coming from. "People can get very offended, why did you pick me out of everybody else here. Maybe she was just a little upset?"

CANCER SURGES IN BODY SCANNER OPERATORS; TSA LAUNCHES COVER-UP

FOIA documents reveal how “a large number of workers have been falling victim to cancer, strokes and heart disease”

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet.com
June 28, 2011

Fearful of provoking further public resistance to naked airport body scanners, the TSA has been caught covering up a surge in cases of TSA workers developing cancer as a result of their close proximity to radiation-firing devices, perhaps the most shocking revelation to emerge from the latest FOIA documents obtained by the Electronic Privacy Information Center.

After Union representatives in Boston discovered a “cancer cluster” amongst TSA workers linked with radiation from the body scanners, the TSA sought to downplay the matter and refused to issue employees with dosimeters to measure levels of exposure.

“A large number of workers have been falling victim to cancer, strokes and heart disease.”
“The Department, rather than acting on it, or explaining its position seems to have just dismissed. I don’t think that’s the way most other agencies would have acted in a similar situation if they were confronted with that question.”
In an email sent to Heather Callahan (PDF), deputy federal security director at Boston Logan International Airport, union representatives express their concern about:
“TSA Boston’s growing number of TSOs working here that have thus far been diagnosed with cancer.”
Of course, if TSA workers who are merely standing near the scanners are already developing cancer, frequent flyers are also putting themselves in harm’s way by standing directly inside the radiation-firing machines.

As we reported yesterday, newly released internal government documents, obtained via the Freedom Of Information Act by the Electronic Privacy Information Center, reveal that the TSA, and specifically the head of the Department of Homeland Security, “publicly mischaracterized” the findings of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, in stating that NIST had positively confirmed the safety of full body scanners in tests.

In erroneously citing both NIST and the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine to claim that the body scanners are safe, the TSA has also deliberately misled the public on the dangers posed by the devices.

Screeners should avoid standing next to full body scanners in order to keep exposure to harmful radiation “as low as reasonably achievable.”

Further documents illustrate how a Johns Hopkins study actually revealed that radiation zones around body scanners could exceed the “General Public Dose Limit,” contradicting repeated claims by the TSA that Johns Hopkins had validated the safety of the devices.

At the time we pointed out that Dr Michael Love, who runs an X-ray lab at the department of biophysics and biophysical chemistry at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine had publicly stated two days previously that “statistically someone is going to get skin cancer from these X-rays”.

TSA workers complained about the radiation dangers of the scanners back in December, saying they were being kept in the dark by their employers, despite repeated requests for information.
“We don’t think the agency is sharing enough information,” said Milly Rodriguez, occupational health and safety specialist at the American Federation of Government Employees, the union that represents TSA workers.
A study conducted last year by Dr David Brenner, head of Columbia University’s Center for Radiological Research, found that the body scanners are likely to lead to an increase in a common type of skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma, which affects the head and neck.

Following the study, Brenner urged medical authorities to look at his work, pointing to the dangerous notion of mass scanning millions of people without proper oversight.
“There really is no other technology around where we’re planning to X-ray such an enormous number of individuals. It’s really unprecedented in the radiation world,” said Brenner.
Similar concerns to those explored in the Columbia University study were voiced in February 2010 by the influential Inter-Agency Committee on Radiation Safety, who warned in a report that the scanners increase the risk of cancer and birth defects and should not be used on pregnant women or children.

Despite governments claiming that backscatter x-ray systems produce radiation too low to pose a threat, the organization concluded in their report that governments must justify the use of the scanners and that a more accurate assessment of the health risks is needed.
Pregnant women and children should not be subject to scanning, according to the report, adding that governments should consider “other techniques to achieve the same end without the use of ionizing radiation.”
“The Committee cited the IAEA’s 1996 Basic Safety Standards agreement, drafted over three decades, that protects people from radiation. Frequent exposure to low doses of radiation can lead to cancer and birth defects, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,” reported Bloomberg.

In a recent letter to President Obama’s Science Advisor, several University of California professors also complained of how,
“There is still no rigorous, hard, data for the safety of x-ray airport passenger scanners.”
The scientists noted how the safety tests for the scanners were carried out exclusively by manufacturers, and recommended an immediate moratorium on use of the devices until the health risks can be independently studied.

TSA HARASSES MENTALLY DISABLED MAN AS POSSIBLE TERRORIST

For over 20 years, Drew Mandy has carried his "potential weapons"
like most infants carry a special blankie, for security.

June 10, 2011

The family was going through security when two TSA agents singled Drew Mandy out for a special pat down. Drew is severely mentally disabled. He’s 29, but his parents said he has the mental capacity of a two-year-old, which made the experience that followed at metro Detroit’s McNamera Terminal that much harder to deal with.

“You have got to be kidding me. I honestly felt that those two agents did not know what they were doing,” Mandy told us.

Dr. Mandy claimed they asked Drew to place his feet on the yellow shoe line, something he didn’t understand. They proceeded to pat his pants down, questioning the padding which was his adult diapers. When the agents asked Drew to take his hand and rub the front and back of his pants so they could swab it for explosives, his dad stepped in and tried to explain that Drew was mentally challenged.

“They said, ‘Please, sir, we know what we’re doing,’” Mandy said.

The TSA agents saw Drew holding a six-inch plastic hammer.

“My son carries his ball and his hammer for security. He goes everywhere with (them),” said Mandy.

The TSA it seems saw the toy as a weapon.
.
Twenty-nine-year old but still two year old Drew Mandy,
marked by TSA goons as a  potential terrorist.

“He took the hammer and he tapped the wall. ‘See, it’s hard. It could be used as a weapon,’” Mandy explained. “So, Drew’s also holding the ball, and I said, ‘Well, how about the ball?’ He (said), ‘Oh, he can keep that.”

Dr. Mandy was told he would need to have the toy shipped if he wanted to keep it, a process which caused them to almost miss their plane, so he pitched it.

“It just killed me to have to throw it away because he’s been carrying this like for 20 years,” Mandy said.
Disgusted, he wrote TSA a letter. A response wasn’t far behind.

“Very polite. Very apologetic. He was embarrassed. He (said) we have to review how we deal with special needs individuals. Obviously, he (said), we’re doing a terrible job,” Mandy told us. “It made me feel that there is still hope, that there is still justice and that there’s still somebody who listens to people’s problems (in) the federal government.

That’s because federal security told him there are 800 TSA agents at Metro Airport and they are all going to be retrained based on Drew’s case.

We also spoke to a federal security director who said this incident is still under investigation, but as far as they can tell right now, better judgment was needed. The two-year old terrorist suspect!

CAN JESSE VENTURA FORCE A TSA SUBMISSION?

Things have come to a pretty pass if our best hope
is a former pro wrestler's lawsuit against the TSA's violations of privacy

I must protest at the opening  of this piece when the author refers to Jesse Ventura as "a pro wrestler". She is leaving out that in his life, Jesse, who does have a flair for the dramatic, served as a Navy SEAL, was governor of his state, and has a highly successful eye-opening television show that opens minds that need to be opened. He also knows when to not take himself too seriously as was shown during his wrestling career. So Jesse Vantura is MUCH more than "just" a retired pro wrestler. The man deserves much more respect than that.

By Jennifer Abel
February 09, 2011

Desperation is when once-proud and free Americans like me are reduced to pleading, "Save us, Jesse Ventura, you're our only hope."

It's over three months now since the unelected political appointees heading the TSA made their sexually abusive Hobson's choice mandatory for American airline customers: either step through a scanner whose potentially cancerous radiation lets TSA agents view your nude body, or adopt guilty-criminal, hands-in-the-air poses, while agents grope you head to toe, genitalia included

Two months since Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano suggested expanding this to all forms of mass transit. Eight weeks since the House of Representatives voted 417 to 3 in favour of House Resolution 28, supporting exactly that TSA expansion. And mere days since Barack Obama joked about the patdowns in his state of the union address. (Easy for him to laugh, as one of the privileged few exempt from the humiliations TSA imposes on his countrymen.)

What about the rest of us Americans? I'm one who insists, along with others, "We won't fly", so long as TSA abuse remains part of the experience. Yet much of the media insists that makes us stubbornly selfish at best, prudishly insane at worst.

Then, there's Jesse Ventura, the former pro wrestler and Reform party governor of Minnesota. He doesn't belong to the "boycott flying" contingent; indeed, he flies several times each week in order to host his TV show, Conspiracy Theory. But Ventura, like millions of Americans, has health problems that force him to rely on medical implants or prosthetics ~ in his case, a titanium hip replacement that's set off metal detectors ever since he got it in 2008.

Ventura had no objections when the TSA used a handheld wand to clear him through security, but that changed with the "nude-scan or grope-down" policy last autumn. So, on 25 January 2011, he filed a lawsuit against Homeland Security and TSA for violating his fourth amendment rights against unreasonable search and seizure, claiming the patdowns "exposed him to humiliation and degradation through unwanted touching, gripping and rubbing of the intimate areas of his body."

No comment from the TSA, though, a few days later, Administrator John Pistole made the unrelated announcement he won't allow any more airports to opt out of TSA staffing.

Though they did blink last Thanksgiving eve, when the National Opt-Out Day protest was scheduled; the plan called for fliers to refuse the scanners en masse, so the TSA turned them off at major airports. Then, spokeswoman Ann Davis gloated over her "overall sense that passengers seem to be opting out of Opt Out." The agency has since refused all freedom of information requests demanding to know why those allegedly essential security procedures were ignored on Opt-Out Day.

When gropings make small children scream in terror, TSA director James Marchand advised agents, "If you can come up with some kind of a game to play with a child, it makes it a lot easier" ~ advice, akin to paedophile "grooming", which has caused alarm among sex abuse experts

The lawsuits keep coming; the TSA keeps losing, yet the agency presses ever forward rather than backing down. It's too early to predict how Ventura's lawsuit will be decided, although the TSA hasn't been faring well in court lately: last week, Phil Mocek was acquitted of the four charges the TSA brought against him after he (legally) videotaped agents at work and refused to show his ID. TSA's case was so weak; Mocek's defence didn't even need to call witnesses. Two weeks before that, the TSA settled another lawsuit brought by Lynsie Murley, after agents in Texas allegedly pulled down her blouse, exposing her breasts to all, then teased her about it.

American taxpayers ~ who actually paid for that settlement ~ weren't told how much it was for. TSA spokesman Luis Casanova also refused to name the agents responsible, but did say they hadn't been fired or disciplined. "When a settlement is reached, there is no disciplinary action," Casanova said. "It's a no-fault kind of settlement."

It always is where the TSA's concerned.

TSA, THE MUSICAL ~ ROCKY HORROR REVISITED ~ TWICE!

DEADLIER THAN SCANNERS: TSA TO SPREAD FLESH EATING DISEASE

Considering the title, is this still terribly funny?
Not too sure on that one!
Paul Joseph Watson
November 25, 2010

Now that the TSA’s new pat down procedures include reaching inside people’s clothing and directly touching their skin and genitals, communicable diseases are set to soar, with doctors warning of a new wave of infections that will pose a greater risk to public health than any statistical probability of being a victim of terrorism.

The TSA’s new pat down procedures threaten to unleash an epidemic of communicable diseases, presenting a threat more deadly than the radiation travelers will be exposed to if they pass through a naked body scanner. This will undoubtedly lead to thousands of deaths of people with weak immune systems in the long term.
.
The controversy again highlights the fact that the body scanner and pat down procedures, through the spread of infectious diseases like flesh-eating bacteria, will kill more people than they will protect through the speculative prevention of any terror attack.
.
Necrotizing fasciitis, commonly known as flesh-eating bacteria, can be spread from one person to another through close contact or inadvertently touching the wound of a person who is infected. The likelihood of this occurring now that the TSA have been given free reign to directly grope passengers under their clothing has greatly increased. The disease can be spread through contact with weakened skin, like a bruise, blister, or abrasion, or merely through minor openings in the skin such as a paper cut or a pin prick.
.
Cases of flesh-eating bacteria are on the increase and the disease has a 20 per cent death rate.
.
I had planned to insert an image of flesh eating disease around here in this piece. However, the images were too appalling to post here. If you must visualize this horror, please go to Wikipedia.
.
Syphilis, lice, gonorrhea, ringworm, chlamydia, staph, strep, noro and papilloma viruses are also going to be readily transferred to travelers since TSA agents do not change gloves between each pat down. Now that screeners are literally touching genitalia, the risk of transmitting sexual diseases will skyrocket.
.
While people are told to wear flip-flops in the gym or at the swimming pool to prevent infections transmitted via bare feet, the TSA makes people remove their shoes and walk through areas loaded with germs with no protection.
.
“There is no doubt that bacteria (staph, strep, v.cholerae etc.) and viruses (noro, enteroviruses, herpes, hepatitis A and papilloma viruses) can be spread by contaminated vinyl or latex gloves,” Dr. Thomas Warner of Wisconsin told World Net Daily.
.
A pulmonary critical care physician from Connecticut added, “That doesn’t make sense that they’re not changing gloves.”
.
“Anything can be transmitted. If there are open wounds and they [TSA agents] are not aware, there’s syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, chlamydia, lice, ringworm.”
.
“As screening procedures get stricter and more passengers opt for pat-downs instead of graphic X-rays, the likelihood of bacteria being spread increases, Patrick Schlievert, a microbiology and immunology professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School, told MSNBC.
.
Charles Gerba, a microbiology professor at the University of Arizona, found norovirus, MRSA and influenza virus on the trays that travelers handle before they are subject to pat downs, while self-checkout kiosks were also loaded with germs from thousands of people pushing the same buttons every day.
.
The TSA and the Centers For Disease Control has failed to respond to growing concerns about TSA gropers spreading infectious diseases.
.
As we have previously highlighted, the menace of global terrorism has been labeled the greatest threat to western civilization since communism and yet swimming pools, peanuts and lost deer kill more Americans every single year.
.
As Ohio State University’s John Mueller concludes in a report entitled A False Sense Of Insecurity, “For all the attention it evokes, terrorism actually causes rather little damage and the likelihood that any individual will become a victim in most places is microscopic.”
.
Americans are not only sacrificing their liberty when submitting to invasive and humiliating grope downs at the hands of the TSA, they are in fact putting themselves at a greater health risk statistically of catching a fatal disease than they would ever face from being a victim of terrorism.

RON PAUL: CROTCH GROPED BY TSA. CALLS FOR AIRLINE BOYCOTT.

Dr. Paul's proactive stance here is a positive sign that there may be one US Congressman who, even though groped, appears to be still in possession and control of his own balls!

Highly unusual these days especially here in Canada.

All our politicians are eunuchs so it's not likely we'll see any of them standing up to the Beast and speaking out. Fear of the media and the Laaauuuubbbeeeee and the "power of the purse."

As Thomas Paine so poignantly put it, "These are times that try men's souls."

Oh well at least when they go flying to the states they won't be fretting about the TSA scanners. Nothing there to grope or pat down!

Kurt Nimmo
November 23, 2010

Appearing on the Alex Jones Show today, Texas Congressman Ron Paul expressed his outrage and disgust with the TSA and its unconstitutional naked body scanners and genital groping under the transparent pretense of protecting the American people from terrorists in distant caves.

“If we tolerate this,” Paul said, “there’s something wrong with us.” He added that the American people deserve to be humiliated and demeaned by the government if they refuse to stand up and resist.

Paul predicted Americans will eventually boycott the airlines to put an end to the intrusive searches and the unconscionable use of dangerous backscatter radiation naked body scanners. “Maybe the Congress will get off their duffs and do something in January,” he said, “and insist we rein in the TSA.”

Responding to Alex Jones’ assertion that the TSA’s actions are akin to what the Nazis did in Germany during the 1930s, Ron Paul said that we long ago capitulated on “showing our papers” and now routinely provide Social Security numbers to employers and show our government issued driver’s license as an accepted form of identification. “Now the government wants us to show them our genitalia and they want to take pictures of us and put their hands into our pants,” he said.

Paul said due to pervasive coverage of TSA abuses by the corporate media, the American people are now beginning to ask serious questions about government conduct.

“I think it’s a healthy wake-up call to a lot of Americans,” Paul told Jones. “I just hope they can work that in to the whole concept of what’s been going on with our country for a long time ~ the government is too big and intrusive and abuses our rights and they do the things the shouldn’t be doing and they forget about the things they were instructed to do.”

Congressman Paul said in the course of his work representing the people of Texas he has to endure TSA abuse, including the latest “enhanced pat down” that verges on sexual molestation. “I have to go through that all the time because I have metal in my knees,” he explained. “I get prodded all the time and it is disgusting and I tell them so.”

When asked by Alex Jones if the TSA had subjected him to an “enhanced” screening, Ron Paul answered yes.

“Specifically,” Alex asked, “have you had the enhanced pat down, sir? Have they touched your crotch?”

“Yes. Absolutely, and like I said, absolutely disgusting,” Paul responded.

He said he believes a boycott of the airlines will be necessary if we are going to force the government to back down and stop acting like a sexual predator.

“I am going to be doing everything conceivable to try to change these rules because they are not making us safer, they aren’t better for us ~ it’s just to enhance the power of the state.”
