SECRET US-ISRAELI NUKE TRANSFERS LED TO FUKUSHIMA BLASTS (!)

Since the Earthquake/Tsunami of March 16th, 2011, that supposedly triggered the eventual meltdown of 3 nuclear power cores at the nuclear power plant at Fukushima, Japan, there has been much speculation as to what actually occurred that caused the meltdowns in the first place. 

Many crazy and absolutely wild ideas were promoted across the Internet about the cause of the disaster, and the MSM tried to first dismiss the entire accident as being caused by the Tsunami that hit the plant after the earthquake off the coast of Japan.

From the very beginning of this horrific disaster, I and others in the REAL truth movement have had our own doubts about the official government stories and excuses... Including the fact that there was a definitive link between this disaster and the fact that the Israeli Stuxnet virus that somehow shut down the reactor's safety systems.  I personally smelled a rat from the very beginning.

Now, I want to present the following most interesting article that comes from Yoichi Shimatsu, through the Rense website, at www.rense.com, entitled: "Secret US-Israeli Nuke Transfers Led to Fukushima Blasts". 

It contains some startling and shocking revelations that the Fukushima disaster is definitely not as it seems, and that there is strong evidence that the US and Israel may have had their hands in creating this disaster in the first place!

Sixteen tons and what you get is a nuclear catastrophe. The explosions that rocked the Fukushima No.1 nuclear plant were more powerful than the combustion of hydrogen gas, as claimed by the Tokyo Electric Power Company.

The actual cause of the blasts, according to intelligence sources in Washington, was nuclear fission of Warhead cores illegally taken from America's sole nuclear-weapons assembly facility.

Evaporation in the cooling pools used for spent fuel rods led to the detonation of stored weapons-grade plutonium and uranium.

The facts about clandestine American and Israeli support for Japan's nuclear armament are being suppressed in the biggest official cover-up in recent history.

The timeline of events indicates the theft from America's strategic arsenal was authorized at the highest level under a three-way deal between the Bush-Cheney team, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Elhud Olmert's government in Tel Aviv.

TOKYO'S STRANGELOVE

 

In early 2007, Vice President Dick Cheney flew to Tokyo with his closest aides. Newspaper editorials noted the secrecy surrounding his visit ~ no press conferences, no handshakes with ordinary folks and, as diplomatic cables suggest, no briefing for U.S. Embassy staffers in Tokyo.

Cheney snubbed Defense Minister Fumio Kyuma, who was shut out of confidential talks. The pretext was his criticism of President George Bush for claiming Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction.

The more immediate concern was that the defense minister might disclose bilateral secrets to the Pentagon. The Joint Chiefs of Staff were sure to oppose White House approval of Japan's nuclear program.

An unannounced reason for Cheney's visit was to promote a quadrilateral alliance in the Asia-Pacific region. The four cornerstones ~ the US, Japan, Australia and India ~ were being called on to contain and confront China and its allies North Korea and Russia. From a Japanese perspective, this grand alliance was flawed by asymmetry: The three adversaries were nuclear powers, while the U.S. was the only one in the Quad group.

To further his own nuclear ambitions, Abe was playing the Russian card. 

As mentioned in a U.S. Embassy cable (dated 9/22), the Yomiuri Shimbun gave top play to this challenge to the White House:

"It was learned yesterday that the government and domestic utility companies have entered final talks with Russia in order to relegate uranium enrichment for use at nuclear power facilities to Atomprom, the state-owned nuclear monopoly."

If Washington refused to accept a nuclear-armed Japan, Tokyo would turn to Moscow.

Since the Liberal Democratic Party selected him as prime minister in September 2006, the hawkish Abe repeatedly called for Japan to move beyond the postwar formula of a strictly defensive posture and non-nuclear principles.

Nixon and Nobusuke

Advocacy of a nuclear-armed Japan arose from his family tradition. His grandfather Nobusuke Kishi nurtured the wartime atomic bomb project and, as postwar prime minister, enacted the civilian nuclear program. His father Shintaro Abe, a former foreign minister, had played the Russian card in the 1980s, sponsoring the Russo-Japan College, run by the Aum Shinrikyo sect (a front for foreign intelligence), to recruit weapons scientists from a collapsing Soviet Union.

The chief obstacle to American acceptance of a nuclear-armed Japan was the Pentagon, where Pearl Harbor and Hiroshima remain as iconic symbols justifying American military supremacy. 

The only feasible channel for bilateral transfers then was through the civilian-run Department of Energy (DoE), which supervises the production of nuclear weapons.

 

CAMP DAVID GO-AHEAD

 

The deal was sealed on Abe's subsequent visit to Washington. Wary of the eavesdropping that led to Richard Nixon's fall from grace, Bush preferred the privacy afforded at Camp David. There, in a rustic lodge on April 27, Bush and Abe huddled for 45 minutes. What transpired has never been revealed, not even in vague outline.

As his Russian card suggested, Abe was shopping for enriched uranium. At 99.9 percent purity, American-made uranium and plutonium is the world's finest nuclear material. The lack of mineral contaminants means that it cannot be traced back to its origin. In contrast, material from Chinese and Russian labs can be identified by impurities introduced during the enrichment process.

Abe has wide knowledge of esoteric technologies. His first job in the early 1980s was as a manager at Kobe Steel. One of the researchers there was astrophysicist Hideo Murai, who adapted Soviet electromagnetic technology to "cold mold" steel. Murai later became chief scientist for the Aum Shinrikyo sect, which recruited Soviet weapons technicians under the program initiated by Abe's father. After entering government service, Abe was posted to the U.S. branch of JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization). 

Its New York offices hosted computers used to crack databases at the Pentagon and major defense contractors to pilfer advanced technology. The hacker team was led by Tokyo University's top gamer, who had been recruited into Aum.

After the Tokyo subway gassing in 1995, Abe distanced himself from his father's Frankenstein cult with a public-relations campaign. Fast forward a dozen years and Abe is at Camp David. After the successful talks with Bush, Abe flew to India to sell Cheney's quadrilateral pact to a Delhi skeptical about a new Cold War.

Presumably, Cheney fulfilled his end of the deal. Soon thereafter Hurricane Katrina struck, wiping away the Abe visit from the public memory.

THE TEXAS JOB

BWXT Pantex, America's nuclear warhead facility, sprawls over 16,000 acres of the Texas Panhandle outside Amarillo. Run by the DoE and Babcock & Wilson, the site also serves as a storage facility for warheads past their expiration date. The 1989 shutdown of Rocky Flats, under community pressure in Colorado, forced the removal of those nuclear stockpiles to Pantex. Security clearances are required to enter since it is an obvious target for would-be nuclear thieves.

In June 2004, a server at the Albuquerque office of the National Nuclear Security System was hacked. 

Personal information and security-clearance data for 11 federal employees and 177 contractors at Pantex were lifted. NNSA did not inform Energy Secretary Samuel Bodman or his deputy Clay Sell until three months after the security breach, indicating investigators suspected an inside job.

While Bush and Abe met at Camp David, 500 unionized security guards at Pantex launched a 45-day strike. Scabs were hired, but many failed to pass the entry exam, according to the Inspector General's office at DoE. The IG report cited witnesses who said: "BWXT officials gave passing grades to some replacement guards even though they actually flunked tests," and "contractor officials gave correct answers to those that failed the tests." 

Although the scene was nearly as comical as the heist in "Ocean's Eleven", Pantex is not some Vegas casino. At stake was nuclear Armageddon.

At an opportune moment during the two-month strike, trucks loaded with warhead cores rolled out of the gates. Some 16 metric tons of nuclear cores packed in caskets were hauled away in refrigerated containers to prevent fission. 

At the port of Houston, the dangerous cargo was loaded aboard vessels operated by an Israeli state-owned shipping line. The radioactive material was detected by port inspector Roland Carnaby, a private contractor working under the federal program to interdict weapons of mass destruction.

The intelligence community is still buzzing about his shooting death. On April 29, 2008, Houston police officers pursued Carnaby on a highway chase and gunned him down. 

His port monitoring contract was later awarded to the Israel-based security firm NICE (Neptune Intelligence Computer Engineering), owned by former Israeli Defense Force officers.

Throughout the Pantex caper, from the data theft to smuggling operation, Bush and Cheney's point man for nuclear issues was DoE Deputy Director Clay Sell, a lawyer born in Amarillo and former aide to Panhandle district Congressman Mac Thornberry. 

Sell served on the Bush-Cheney transition team and became the top adviser to the President on nuclear issues. At DoE, Sell was directly in charge of the U.S. nuclear weapons complex, which includes 17 national laboratories and the Pantex plant. 

(Another alarm bell: Sell was also staff director for the Senate Energy subcommittee under the late Sen. Ted Stevens of Alaska, who died in a 2010 plane crash.)

 

AN ISRAELI DOUBLE-CROSS

 

The nuclear shipments to Japan required a third-party cutout for plausible deniability by the White House. 

Israel acted less like an agent and more like a broker in demanding additional payment from Tokyo, according to intelligence sources. 

Adding injury to insult, the Israelis skimmed off the newer warhead cores for their own arsenal and delivered older ones. 

Since deteriorated cores require enrichment, the Japanese were furious and demanded a refund, which the Israelis refused. 

Tokyo had no recourse since by late 2008 principals Abe had resigned the previous autumn and Bush was a lame duck.

The Japanese nuclear developers, under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, had no choice but to enrich the uranium cores at Fukushima No.1, a location remote enough to evade detection by nonproliferation inspectors. 

Hitachi and GE had developed a laser extraction process for plutonium, which requires vast amounts of electrical power. This meant one reactor had to make unscheduled runs, as was the case when the March earthquake struck.

Tokyo dealt a slap on the wrist to Tel Aviv by backing Palestinian rights at the UN.

Not to be bullied, the Israeli secret service launched the Stuxnet virus against Japan's nuclear facilities.

Firewalls kept Stuxnet at bay until the Tohoku earthquake.

The seismic activity felled an electricity tower behind Reactor 6. The power cut disrupted the control system, momentarily taking down the firewall. 

As the computer came online again, Stuxnet infiltrated to shut down the back-up generators. During the 20-minute interval between quake and tsunami, the pumps and valves at Fukushima No.1 were immobilized, exposing the turbine rooms to flood damage.

The flow of coolant water into the storage pools ceased, quickening evaporation. Fission of the overheated cores led to blasts and mushroom-clouds. Residents in mountaintop Iitate village overlooking the seaside plant saw plumes of smoke and could "taste the metal" in their throats.

 

GUILTY AS CHARGED

 

The Tohoku earthquake and tsunami were powerful enough to damage
Fukushima No.1.

The natural disaster, however, was vastly amplified by two external factors: release of the Stuxnet virus, which shut down control systems in the critical 20 minutes prior to the tsunami;

and presence of weapons-grade nuclear materials that devastated the nuclear facility and contaminated the entire region.

Of the three parties involved, which bears the greatest guilt? All three are guilty of mass murder, injury and destruction of property on a regional scale, and as such are liable for criminal prosecution and damages under international law and in each respective jurisdiction.

The White House, specifically Bush, Cheney and their co-conspirators in the DoE, hold responsibility for ordering the illegal removal and shipment of warheads without safeguards.
 
The state of Israel is implicated in theft from U.S. strategic stockpiles, fraud and extortion against the Japanese government, and a computer attack against critical infrastructure with deadly consequences, tantamount to an act of war.
 
Prime Minister Abe and his Economy Ministry sourced weapons-grade nuclear material in violation of constitutional law and in reckless disregard of the risks of unregulated storage, enrichment and extraction. Had Abe not requested enriched uranium and plutonium in the first place, the other parties would not now be implicated.

Japan, thus, bears the onus of the crime.

The International Criminal Court has sufficient grounds for taking up a case that involves the health of millions of people in Japan, Canada, the United States, Russia, the Koreas, Mongolia, China and possibly the entire Northern Hemisphere. 

The Fukushima disaster is more than a human-rights charge against a petty dictator; it is a crime against humanity on par with the indictments at the Nuremberg and Tokyo tribunals.

Failure to prosecute is complicity.

If there is a silver lining to every dark cloud, it's that the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami saved the world from even greater folly by halting the drive to World War III.

NTS Notes:  Readers, you really have to ask yourselves the following: 

Why is it that whenever you dig deep into any "terrorist" attack, war, uprising, or Worldwide disaster these days, you find either US, or Israeli, criminal involvement the deeper you go?

Again, there has always been evidence showing Israel involved in the Fukushima disaster due to the actions of their nefarious Stuxnet Virus, and this article only further backs up their criminal involvement with even more accusations.

And now it appears that the US may have been directly involved as well as creating this horrific disaster!

If any of the accusations presented in this article prove to be true, then yes, the US and Israel should be brought up on charges of crimes against humanity in International courts... But I guarantee that due to Jewish total control over most worldwide governing bodies that will never happen...

What is to be done in the meantime? 

People everywhere must be made aware of the truth behind the Fukushima disaster and whether or not they are being subjected to Plutonium poisoning. 

It is better for people everywhere to again hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst!

ATOMIC HIDE-AND-SEEK: 'FRANCE MASQUES RADIATION DAMAGE'

BREAKING NEWS: NUCLEAR PLANT EXPLOSION IN SOUTH FRANCE

 

Fact: When someone is killed, things have not gone according to plan. 

Fact: I am already very uncomfortable with radioactivity without explosions and deaths 

Fact: I am in no position to know whether there was a leak, but someone is dead and something blew up. 

Dirty Fact: No nuclear accident has ever begun with full disclosure anywhere. It's unreasonable to rely on the facility to accurately report any leaks initially... it's scary but true. Fukushima anyone?

Fact: Our concern is justified and reasonable in the circumstances. 

Fact: I don't want to live anywhere near these things for good reason.

At some point in time, we are going to have to face the facts about costing and research when it comes to alternative energy sources, reducing waste and helping the environment. I'm not one to stick my head in the sand, and those who can't face the reality of what man is doing to this planet and the people on it are a sorry lot indeed. 

We need to reduce the amount of energy we waste, and find solutions to better provide the energy we do need. There's something wrong with that?

An explosion rocked a facility in southern France that treats nuclear waste on Monday, killing one person but causing no radiation leak. One person was killed in the blast and another badly burned. Three others were injured.

This is the first time a “drama on this scale” occurred at the site, according to Socodei, the EDF unit that operates the facility. Socodei said the explosion was in a building housing a furnace where metallic waste is treated by fusion. An investigation will be carried out. “There is no risk of leaks to come,” EDF said in a later statement.

L'Autorite de Surete Nucleaire, France's nuclear safety agency, says it appears a furnace exploded at the Centraco nuclear waste treatment site. The blast was completely contained within the furnace, which is used to melt waste. 

It's not known what caused the explosion but an investigation is underway. 

There was no chemical or radioactive discharge from the Centraco plant in the town of Codolet in southern France, Carole Trivi, a spokeswoman for the owner Electricite de France SA, said by telephone. EDF slumped as much as 7.8 percent in Paris trading.

"According to initial information, the explosion happened in an oven used to melt radioactive metallic waste of little and very little radioactivity," the agency said in a statement.

"There have been no leaks outside of the site." 

Centraco is located on the grounds of the Marcoule nuclear plant, in Languedoc-Roussillon, near the Mediterranean Sea. 

Centraco treats waste mostly from power plants, as well as a small amount of material from hospitals or medical research labs. 

Officials from France's EDF power company, whose subsidiary operates Centraco, stressed there is no nuclear reactor on site. 

Europe’s biggest power producer, which also operates France’s 58 nuclear reactors, treats low-level radioactive waste at the plant about 130 kilometers (81 miles) northwest of Marseille, the country’s second-biggest city. France depends on nuclear reactors for about three-quarters of its power needs, the most of any country.

Even while other European nations vowed after the Fukushima disaster in Japan to phase out nuclear power, France has stuck firmly to its pro-nuclear policy. 

In June, President (ED: “snapping miniature poodle” ~ and traitor to humanity ~) Nicolas Sarkozy pledged France would stick to a plan to invest another $1.37 billion in future reactors. 

By contrast, neighbouring Germany recently took eight of its older reactors off the grid and has plans to shut the country's nine remaining nuclear plants by 2022. 

“Today’s incident in France is another example that we move into action,” rather than just discussing safety, Yukiya Amano, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, told a news conference in Vienna. Environment Minister Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet said she would visit the site.

Nearby populations weren’t advised to take any specific measures such as staying indoors or being evacuated, Trivi said. The person who died in the explosion was an employee of Socodei.

MOSSAD’S MIRACLE WEAPON–STUXNET VIRUS OPENS NEW ERA OF CYBER WAR

The Mossad, Israel’s foreign intelligence agency, attacked the Iranian nuclear program with a highly sophisticated computer virus called Stuxnet. The first digital weapon of geopolitical importance, it could change the way wars are fought ~ and it will not be the last attack of its kind.

The complex on a hill near an interchange on the highway from Tel Aviv to Haifa is known in Israel simply as “The Hill.” The site, as big as several soccer fields, is sealed off from the outside world with high walls and barbed wire ~ a modern fortress that symbolizes Israel’s fight for survival in the Middle East. As the headquarters of Israel’s foreign intelligence agency, the Mossad, this fortress is strictly off-limits to politicians and journalists alike. Ordinarily, it is the Mossad that makes house calls, and not the other way around.

The agency’s strict no-visitors policy was temporarily relaxed on a Thursday in early January, when a minibus with darkened windows pulled into a parking lot in front of a nearby movie theater. The journalists inside were asked to hand over their mobile phones and audio recorders. Meïr Dagan, the powerful head of the Mossad, had invited them to the facility. It was his last day in a position he had held for seven years. On that January day, the journalists were there to document his legacy: the Mossad’s fight against the Iranian nuclear program.

He spoke passionately about the risks of a possible military strike against Iran, saying that he believed that such an attack would lead to a conflagration in the region that would include a war with Hezbollah and Hamas, and possibly with Syria. And anyone who believed that a military strike could stop Tehran’s nuclear program was wrong, said Dagan. It could slow down the program, he added, but only temporarily. For this reason, the outgoing Mossad chief was against bombs ~ but in favor of anything that could set back the Iranian nuclear program without starting a conventional war.

Delay was the new magic word. And to that end, the Mossad head had created a miracle weapon that everyone in the room on that January day knew about, but which Dagan did not mention by name: Stuxnet.

Stuxnet, a computer virus that can infiltrate highly secure computers not connected to the Internet, a feat previously believed to be virtually impossible, entered the global political arena more than a year ago, in June 2010. The virus had attacked computers at Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility, where scientists are enriching uranium, and manipulated the centrifuges to make them self-destruct. The attack penetrated into the heart of the Iranian nuclear program.

Stuxnet is the world’s first cyber-weapon of geopolitical significance. Frank Rieger of the legendary German hacker organization Chaos Computer Club calls it “a digital bunker buster.”

The virus represents a fundamentally new addition to the arsenal of modern warfare. It enables a military attack using a computer program tailored to a specific target.

One year later, there is not an Internet security firm or government of a major country that is not addressing Stuxnet and its consequences, as well as taking action as a result. To learn more about Stuxnet and understand what is behind the virus, SPIEGEL traveled to Israel ~ the country where the cyber-weapon was invented.

FOLLOWING THE TRAIL

The Israeli branch of the US computer security firm Symantec is housed in a nondescript modern complex in Tel Aviv, a 15-minute drive from Ben Gurion International Airport. Sam Angel, the head of Symantec Israel, meets visitors in the underground garage and takes them to the conference room on the fourth floor.

At the beginning of his PowerPoint presentation, Angel says: “Stuxnet is the most sophisticated attack we have ever seen. This sort of an attack, on a mature, isolated industrial system is completely unusual.” He projects a map onto the wall, showing the countries where such an attack has taken place: Iran, Indonesia, Malaysia and Belarus, where a man named Sergey Ulasen discovered Stuxnet.

Ulasen, who works in the research and development department at the VirusBlokAda security firm in Minsk, received what seemed to be a relatively mundane email on June 17, 2010. An Iranian firm was complaining that its computers were behaving strangely, shutting themselves down and then rebooting. Ulasen and a colleague spent a week examining the machines. Then they found Stuxnet. VirusBlokAda notified other companies in the industry, including Symantec.

When the engineers at Symantec got to work, they came across two computers that had directed the attacks. One of the servers was in Malaysia and the other was in Denmark, and they were reachable through the addresses www.todaysfutbol.com and www.mypremierfutbol.com.

They had been registered, under a false name and with a forged credit card, through one of the world’s largest Internet registration companies, a firm based in the US state of Arizona. Symantec rerouted the incoming and outgoing communication at the two servers to its computer center in Dublin, which enabled it to monitor the activity of the virus.

Whoever had launched Stuxnet had gotten away, but at least Symantec could follow the trail they had left behind.

The rerouting of communication made it possible to obtain an overview of the countries in which the virus was active. According to that analysis, Stuxnet had infected about 100,000 computers worldwide, including more than 60,000 in Iran, more than 10,000 in Indonesia and more than 5,000 in India. The inventors programmed Stuxnet so that the virus, as a first step, tells the two command-and-control servers if the infected computer is running Step 7, an industrial software program developed by the German engineering company Siemens. Step 7 is used to run the centrifuges at Iran’s Natanz facility.

The plant near Natanz, located in the desert 250 kilometers (156 miles) south of Tehran, is protected with military-level security. The aluminum centrifuges, which are housed in bunkers, are 1.8 meters (5 foot 10 inches) tall and 10 centimeters (four inches) in diameter. Their purpose is to gradually increase the proportion of uranium-235, the fissile isotope of uranium. There is a rotor inside the centrifuges that rotates at a speed of 1,000 times per second. In the process, uranium hexafluoride gas is centrifuged, so that uranium-235 accumulates in the center. The process is controlled by a Siemens system that runs on the Microsoft Windows operating system.

PART 2: SECURITY HOLES AND RED HERRINGS

The ruse that makes the attack possible is as simple as it is ingenious. Stuxnet takes advantage of a security hole in Windows that makes it possible to manipulate the system. As a result of this programming error, the virus can be introduced into the system through a USB flash drive, for example. As soon as the drive is connected to a computer in the system, the installation begins unnoticed.

Stuxnet initially searches for anti-virus programs. The code is designed to circumvent them or, if this is not possible, to de-install itself. For a long time, one of the priorities was to leave no traces.

In a second step, Stuxnet lodges itself into the part of the operating system that manages USB flash drives, where it establishes a checksum, the exact purpose of which is unclear. The infection stops when this sum reaches the value 19790509. Symantec speculates that this is some sort of code. When read backward, the number could represent May 9, 1979, the day Habib Elghanian, a Jewish businessman, was executed in Tehran. Is this a coincidence? A provocation? Or a deliberately placed red herring?

It is still unclear how exactly the Israelis were able to get the virus into Natanz. In the jargon of computer experts, previously unknown security gaps like the hole in the Windows operating system are called zero-day exploits. Searching for these vulnerabilities is a combination of hacker challenge and business model. Knowledge is valuable, and there is a black market in which a previously unknown vulnerability can be worth $100,000 (€70,000) or more. Stuxnet exploits no fewer than four of these digital jewels.

 ’A BLUE-AND-WHITE OPERATION’

Symantec manager Sam Angel believes that it is impossible to write a code like Stuxnet without having intimate knowledge of the Siemens system. “There is no black market for exploits involving Siemens software,” he says. “It’s not used widely enough.” How, then, did the Mossad acquire the information about the technology in use at Natanz?

It has been openly speculated that the Americans may have helped the Mossad. There is a US government research institution in Idaho where scientists study the Siemens control technology used in Iran; the basic research for Stuxnet could have taken place there. After that, the virus could have been tested at Israel’s nuclear research center near Dimona in the Negev Desert.

Israeli sources familiar with the background to the attack insist, however, that Stuxnet was a “blue-and-white operation,” a reference to Israel’s national colors ~ in other words, a purely Israeli operation. They believe that a secret elite unit of the military intelligence agency programmed a portion of the code, leaving the Mossad to do the rest. The Mossad was also apparently responsible for smuggling the virus into Natanz. The same sources claim that the Mossad tried to buy a cascade of centrifuges on the black market, without success. In the end, an Israeli arms manufacturer, with the help of foreign intelligence agencies, supposedly managed to build a model of Natanz where Stuxnet was tested.

The operation was ready to begin in the summer of 2009. The attackers unleashed Stuxnet at 4:31 p.m. on June 22, 2009. The attack targeted five Iranian organizations and was launched in three waves. After the first wave, a second strike took place in March 2010, dealing a heavy blow to the Iranians. The third wave followed in April. According to Symantec, the targets were not directly related to Iran’s nuclear program, but some of the target organizations were on United Nations sanctions lists. Some 12,000 computers were infected in the five organizations alone.

Stuxnet is programmed to delete itself from the USB flash drive after the third infection, presumably to prevent it from spreading explosively, which would have been noticed immediately. The goal of the cyber-weapon is to sabotage its targets in a sustainable, rather than spectacular, manner.

Another trick, which gives the virus the semblance of legality, shows how complex the design is. It involves digital certificates, which are issued on the Internet by companies that test the activity of a server or a program and certify that it is not malicious. If a program can show that it has such a certificate, then it is allowed access to a system. The Taiwanese firms Realtek Semiconductor and JMicron Technology are among the firms that issue such certificates.

In January 2010, a version of Stuxnet turned up that had been signed with a digital certificate from Realtek. This was followed, in July 2010, by a version signed with a JMicron certificate. Both certificates had been stolen. This theft alone is an operation that requires either a physical burglary at the headquarters of either companies, or the kind of hacker attack that very few programmers worldwide are capable of performing, because these certificates are additionally secured and encoded.

ONLY A STATE COULD PRODUCE STUXNET

An analysis by a European intelligence agency classified as “secret,” which SPIEGEL has seen, states that it would have taken a programmer at least three years to develop Stuxnet, at a cost in the double-digit millions. Symantec, for its part, estimates that the tests in the model facility alone would have occupied five to 10 programmers for half a year. According to the intelligence analysis, “non-governmental actors” can be “virtually ruled out” as the inventors of Stuxnet. Members of Germany’s Federal Security Council, a government committee for defense issues whose meetings are secret, felt the same way when the council met in Berlin on Nov. 25, 2010.

Stuxnet shows what can happen when potent attackers are at work, said then Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière, who is now German defense minister. Anyone who is willing to invest that much money and resources, Maizière added, knows what he is doing. The council members agreed that a sovereign state had to be behind the virus.

De Maizière’s staff noted that 15 vulnerabilities are found in standard computer programs every day, and that tens of thousands of websites are infected worldwide on a daily basis. At the end of the meeting, the council decided to establish a national cyber defense center. “The experiences with the Stuxnet virus show that even key areas of industrial infrastructure are no longer safe against targeted IT attacks,” a government cabinet paper later stated.

The virus has fundamentally changed the way we look at digital attacks. The US government recently issued a new cyber war doctrine that defines a cyber-attack as a conventional act of war. The Stuxnet code, which is now accessible to the public, could inspire copycats, Roberta Stempfley of the US Department of Homeland Security warned last week.

Last year the British government adopted a new security strategy, for which it approved funding of 650 million pounds (€565 million or $1,070 million). The cyber world will become “more important in the conflict between nations,” Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Dan Meridor said in a speech in Jerusalem in February. “It is a new battleground, if you like, not with guns but with something else.”

PART 3: SUCCESS COMPARABLE TO CRACKING ENIGMA

 

The Mossad views Stuxnet as a great success, comparable to the cracking of Germany’s Enigma cipher machine by the Poles and Britons in World War II. The Israeli military isn’t as euphoric. It argues that the fact that Stuxnet was discovered was a high price to pay, despite the setback it dealt to Iran’s mullah-led regime.

And it was a painful setback indeed. An Iranian IR-1 centrifuge normally spins at 1,064 hertz, or cycles per second. When the rotors began going haywire, they increased their frequency to 1,410 hertz for 15 minutes and then returned to their normal frequency. The virus took over control again 27 days later, but this time it slowed down the rotors to a frequency of a few hundred hertz for a full 50 minutes. The resulting excessive centrifugal force caused the aluminum tubes to expand, increasing the risk of parts coming into contact with one another and thereby destroying the centrifuges.

Six cascades containing 164 centrifuges each were reportedly destroyed in this manner. Authorities on the Iranian nuclear program, like David Albright of the Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS), believe that Stuxnet destroyed about 1,000 centrifuges. Iran has admitted that its nuclear program was set back. According to Gholamreza Jalali, the head of Iran’s civil defense organization, the program suffered “potentially major damage.”

Former Mossad chief Dagan achieved his goal of sabotaging the nuclear program without triggering a new war in the Middle East. But Iran still has 8,000 other centrifuges, and the more modern, second-generation IR-2 centrifuges, which are equipped with carbon fiber rotors, can operate smoothly even at 1,400 hertz. They are not affected by the existing version of the sabotage software. The Mossad could be in need of a new virus soon. Using it would constitute the next round in a clandestine cyber war.

 ’PEOPLE HAD NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE STUXNET BEFORE’

Two young Israelis who work indirectly for the government are sitting in one of Tel Aviv’s modern cafés. The men run a company that handles jobs for the Mossad and Shin Bet, the domestic intelligence agency. They smile and say that digital attack, not defense, is their discipline. They are part of a global hacker elite. According to rumors circulating in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, the men did some of the groundwork for the Mossad in the development of Stuxnet.

“People had never seen anything like Stuxnet before, except in movies,” says one of the hackers. “Now they can see that it’s real.” His voice is filled with pride when he says: “In the small community of attackers, none of this was really new.” Almost all of the vulnerabilities had already been used in a past attack, the hacker says, but they had never been used at the same time. He explains that the real challenge in staging an attack with a virus like Stuxnet is to penetrate into a system that is not connected to the Internet.

WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF STUXNET?

The two men are silent for a moment; they see things from the attacker’s perspective. “The discovery of Stuxnet was a serious blow to us,” one of them says. “We find it particularly upsetting, because a successful method was disclosed.”

The inventors of Stuxnet apparently had many more plans for their product. Symantec has since discovered another version of the Stuxnet virus, which contains even more complex code and is designed to target modern Siemens control technology, but which had not been activated yet. Stuxnet, say the people at Symantec, “is the type of threat we hope to never see again.”

That wish is unlikely to come true.

NUCLEAR AMERICAN CROSS ~ AND OTHER THOUGHTS

Thanks Dublin Mick for this excellent post.  Just a sorta practical realistic yet metaphysical look at all of the nuclear mess we are facing.

We certainly are watching some fairly extensive events taking place along this cross, from protests in Wisconsin to flooding in the Mississippi Valley, as well as forest fires from Florida to New Mexico.

As the situation in Japan stumbles from bad to worse, my attention was drawn to another cross.

A cross in the USA, eerily similar to the one in the Middle East (see Here).

This one is a cross loaded with nuclear signatures…

Take a look and then I’ll explain below what I see. Please excuse the crude graphics. Not been able to get my hands on any decent on-line drawing software or maps (I’m on dial-up speeds, if anyone can do a better job and share it with me on e-mail, I’ll gladly switch).

Please also note, the black line running from Wisconsin to GOM (marker 1, 2 and 3) and 33rd cross are my annotations. The original map had what looks like radio hand-off demarcations.

  

A) Point 1 on the map is the approximate location of the Deepwater Horizon, Gulf of Mexico disaster (still on-going by the way, but now completely overshadowed by the many earth-shaking events since and totally suppressed).

The major elements involved are Water and fire. Incidentally, it is a well known fact that most crude oil is radioactive to some degree (or has a mix of radioactive elements to some degree). This was majorly in the news at one point and then was “disappeared). In fact, the web has been cleansed of such reports. If anyone has a link, please share in comments. Also remember how much the “Nuke It” option was discussed at the time, turning the GOM floor into glass or some other such absurd hypothesis to stem the flow.

B) Point 2 is Madison Wisconsin, the site of the largest protest in the US in recent memory. We’ll let the reasons behind it rest for the moment, but note that it was a seminal test and one that fully succeeded in dividing the US along public/private and govt./people fault lines. Incidentally, the fact that this was essentially an argument, a battle of positions in the mind, points to the excitation of the Air element, as Air rules the mind. This is true in Ancient Indian systems like Ayurveda and classic western esoterica which led to the Tarot etc. Air rules the mind.

Please note that the Wisconsin legislature used the Nuclear Option to pass the measures limiting public union’s collective bargaining rights etc.

C) Point 3 is smack in the middle of the New Madrid Fault line. Incidentally very close or nearly on the 33rd parallel as well. We all remember Beebe Arkansas as the first mysterious Black Bird Death place, an event that presaged a whole lot of mass animal deaths. Still unexplained. I’ll not speculate here, because not the point anymore. Also interesting to Note that Beebe lies in White County, AK.

Equally telling:

In Arkansas, two pressurized-water reactors at the Russellville Nuclear One plant supply 30 percent of the state’s power, U.S. Energy Information Administration data show. The plant is about 180 miles from the New Madrid fault line, one of the most active and dangerous fault lines in the United States.

That, as I see it, is where something is going to give next, possibly in the window coming up (19-23rd March). Created, natural? That would be speculative. All I see is that the ends of the Axis have been loaded.

Air, Fire and Water load the two ends.

Unstable earth in the middle.

It is bound to give, sooner or later.

The presence of Nuclear power stations so close to the biggest fault in the Continental US, smacks of the same Hubris or calculated monstrosity that the unfolding Japanese Disaster shows.

If the New Madrid fault shakes, it will be catastrophic for the US. In more ways than one can compute, FEMA’s emergency plans for all kinds of survival gear does not give comfort.

If you are not tied to the area, I suggest moving hundreds of miles away at the very least. If not, prepare. See what you can learn from the Japanese scenario. It takes just a little foresight and pre-planning to be calm in the face of crisis. It may not happen this week, but to my mind, it is in-evitable. Japan shows us that the tipping point is now well behind us.

What else this may trigger is unknowable. Again, in a disaster situation, calmness is your only friend and fore-knowledge can help you be that.

Again, if someone can help with a better annotated map, I’ll gladly substitute my ‘crude” one.

Overall though, I’ll stay with the theme of massive tipping point action all around.

If anyone has anything of import to share that I might have missed, please pass it on, I’ll more than gladly put it up here.

AIRSPACE OVER FLOODED NEBRASKA 

NUCLEAR POWER PLANT STILL CLOSED

A fire in Nebraska’s Fort Calhoun nuclear power plant briefly knocked out the cooling process for spent nuclear fuel rods, ProPublica reports.

The fire occurred on June 7th, and knocked out cooling for approximately 90 minutes. After 88 hours, the cooling pool would boil dry and highly radioactive materials would be exposed.

On June 6th, the Federal Administration Aviation (FAA) issued a directive banning aircraftfrom entering the airspace within a two-mile radius of the plant.

“No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM,” referring to the “notice to airmen,” effective immediately.

Since last week, the plant has been under a “notification of unusual event” classification, becausing of the rising Missouri River. That is the lowest level of emergency alert.

FT CALHOUN SPENT FUEL IN GROUND
POOLS, FLOODED ALREADY?

Ft. Calhoun is the designated spent fuel storage facility for the entire state of Nebraska…and maybe for more than one state.* Calhoun stores its spent fuel in ground-level pools which are underwater anyway ~ but they are open at the top.  

When the Missouri river pours in there, it’s going to make Fukushima look like an x-ray. But that’s not all. There are a LOT of nuclear plants on both the Missouri and Mississippi and they can all go to hell fast.  

BTW, US plants hold about four times OVER capacity in their spent fuel pools PLUS all the new and recently removed fuel from Calhoun…the plant was officially being refueled. Be aware that Ft Calhoun isn’t a BWR like Fukushima ~ it’s a PWR. But that doesn’t matter, because the fuel is all sitting OUTSIDE the reactor waiting to wash away or explode ~ which will destroy about 15,000 square miles of what used to be the Corn Belt.  

That’s all being washed away by the flood waters anyway.  Calhoun may already be spewing radiation into the flooding Missouri…the public will be the last to be told.  

Therefore, everything the river water touches on its way downstream will or could become contaminated.  This could be nothing…or, it could wipe out the middle of America.  Note the following: The Fort Calhoun Nuclear Generating Station is a nuclear power plant located on 660 acres (270 ha) between Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, and Blair, Nebraska adjacent to the Missouri River.

This plant has one Combustion Engineering pressurized water reactor generating 500 megawatts of electricity. In 2003, the plant had its operating license renewed for an additional twenty years, expiring in 2033.  The report states, “During identification and evaluation of flood barriers, unsealed through wall penetrations in the outside wall of the intake, auxiliary and chemistry and radiation protection buildings were identified that are below the licensing basis flood elevation. A summary of the root causes included: a weak procedure revision process; insufficient oversight of work activities associated with external flood matters; ineffective identification, evaluation and resolution of performance deficiencies related to external flooding; and “safe as is” mindsets relative to external flooding events.”

BUSINESSES WATCH WATER, WORRY

The floods keep on coming. Levees under threat, being blown up.

As the Missouri River’s crest rises, so do the blood pressures and stress levels of employees at Omaha-Council Bluffs businesses that stand in harm’s way.

Even though the worst of the flooding is likely still on its way, many businesses along the river and on Abbott Drive have taken extreme precautions to protect their businesses. Some have moved expensive equipment. Many have built sandbag fortresses or reinforced levees. And all of them have catastrophe and evacuation plans in place if Mother Nature decides to flex all of her muscles.

Rising Missouri River is no longer visible.

No sign is a bad sign.

By Wednesday, rain had pushed floodwaters up and over the landmark sign and ever closer to the headquarters of Gallup, the international polling firm. By midday, water sat a mere 25 feet from the campus’s main building.

“It’s a little too close,” said Kelly Slater, a company spokesman. “It has gotten deeper over here.”

Gallup is making preparations to execute different evacuation plans depending on how severe the flooding gets and how long employees would be forced from the facility, Slater said.

Gallup has offices in buildings in Omaha, Bellevue and Lincoln, so employees and equipment would be relocated to one of those if water begins pouring into the company’s main building. In a worst-case scenario, workers could be stationed at those auxiliary facilities for an extended period of time, Slater said.

Recently, employees have been arriving to work early and staying late to build sandbag walls around the building, Slater said.

On Wednesday, Slater said most of the rising water was flowing around Gallup’s offices near Abbott Drive and into the Qwest Center Omaha’s parking lot.

“We’re just in wait-and-see mode.”

And then ask yourself…. this is a known seismic zone AND a potential flood zone. Super events at such locations happen rarely, but totally unpredictably. How could you ever justify the risk? I mean look at Indian Point. 20,000,000; that’s Twenty Million people who live within 50 miles of it.

And they all leak their polluted cooling water into the rivers.

And people wonder why they are getting sicker and sicker?

Here is a little secret for you. The extreme sickening of our atmosphere, with every kind of known carcinogen being thrust into our food chain, toxic food chain, meat over consumption, meat over production, excessive cruelty in the meat food chain…….

All of the above and any more that you can think of……

THIS IS ON PURPOSE. 

Let’s not forget Aspartame and Teflon (non-stick) 

and Microwave cooking while we are at it.

And throw cell phones into the mix too.

All KNOWN sickeners. Dis-ease makers….

Why would they/anyone do this on purpose?

It is to disguise the fact that we would all have been in this place of sickness as a race anyway because of low-level Nuclear Radiation Poisoning, ever since that fateful day on July 16th 1945 at the trinity site in New Mexico.

I’m not joking.

Remote and not so remote parts of the world for 65 years now.

This coming July 16th will mark the 66th anniversary of the Trinity test, the day we went Nuclear, again. Of course we’ve been down this route before. Again and again. It’s so tempting, free energy.

But we need to understand that the nucleus is Pandora’s Box.

To split the nucleus as we have is to create space-time rifts. Sub-atomic strong forces have no mode of expression in this 4 dimensional world, except explosive. Once created, it’s not a rift that can be closed again either. Foldspace has been unfolded.

What a mess eh?

Can you put toothpaste back in the tube? Huh?

Same problem. You cannot sew back that atom again.

So, 16th July, 1945 is still with us, and will be forever. So are August 6th and 9th 1945. And every blast at Bikini Atoll and in Nevada…. the half lives of many by-products are in the billions of years.

And they are all floating in the atmosphere.

And settled in the soil.

And in the water.

But Mme. Curie’s own death due to radiation poisoning is a stark but well known example of long knowledge of radiation’s harmful effects.

I mean, look at this foolishness this way even… We were given an Ozone layer and a perfect atmosphere and ionosphere, to protect us from UV/Gamma rays etc. And what do we do?

We try to make our own Sun’s, again and again. And end up with a totally polluted environment anyways.

So, I hope you got the secret. All this sickening making environmental and species (including us) destruction is on purpose, to mask the pervasive and long term impact of atmospheric testing of nuclear weaponry.

And of course the UNITED STATES (capitalization intentional), to up the ante further, starts the DU spreading with Iraq in 1991.

Harmless DU.  No point even getting into it here. You just need to Google Depleted Uranium and can sit and watch documentary after documentary about Iraq’s Birth defect rates skyrocketing.

Now Afghanistan.

Now Libya.

All along the 33rd Parallel…… fine uranium dust.

And don’t forget those poor veterans of the Iraq war,

suffering the mysterious but obviously DU related Iraq War Syndrome.

Being told it’s a psycho-somatic thing.

Kind of like Margoellens.

Quite a perverse mind-set one would have to have, eh?

If you think this is just happenstance, I suggest you dig a little further.

Slip on down the rabbit hole.

SO, I’m a label on packaged food reader, to the embarrassment of most people with me at the store/cafe…wherever.

But I remember my drive down the Chemical Mile on the I-95 in the Garden State of New Jersey, where factory after factory churns out the insidious “Nature Identical”. Pure chemistry. Taste tested to perfection. Most of them barely pass toxicology standards, of course set by lobby pressure of the industry to be lax in the first place.

Even if it seems that way,

this is not a ramble.

It’s all connected, you see?

Japan, the most nuclear nation eats the most packaged junk.

Plastic rules Japan with an iron fist.

As do preservatives.

And you know what is even more bizarre?

Let me take you down a real rabbit hole here.

All those preservatives, excess salt and excess sugar in Junk food?

Preservatives. Salt. Sugar.

Ring a bell? What effect do you think they have on your body once in it? Sugar is the best preservative. Salt pickles and preserves meat. And artificial preservatives, we can assume their prey-set is pretty broad spectrum.

So the Preservative/salty/sugary food basically preserves you from the inside. You don’t rot. You get preserved. Can you see that? So you live longer, because you are being preserved through Junk Food.

The walking dead.

Seriously.

Preserved in a vat of Sugar, Salt and Pickling.

Ponder that connection for a bit. I’d say it’s one of my bigger con-spiracy in-sights I’ve sprung on the blog.

And then there was Joplin. So crazy…..

You see, it’s all starting to happen now. The early waves of Aquarius lapping at our toes. Water water everywhere. The great snowmelt will explode when 3 weeks of freak heat will arrive just like the extended winter or the freak tornadoes did. We need to heal the water.

But all the elements are angry/upset/violent right now:

Earth (Earthquakes  all over the place)

Air: See above. Plus, tornadoes like never before.

Fire: Volcanoes are getting active again, world over (Chile, Iceland, Indonesia…long list)

Water: Hmmmm….. GOM should be enough said, but floods, floods here and going to get worse, much much worse. Soon.

But Indian rivers are dead in all but name, dammed, canal-ed, blocked, dredged, polluted and wasted to mere excuses of their past selves.

I suggest water is going to re-assert it-self. And it’s not going to be easy or pretty.

Do you know how to swim? You should. We all should.

Literally and figuratively.

Back on topic though…

And the nuclear genie that can never be stuffed back in the atom.

And so a perpetual sickening

through low-level radiation poisoning forever.

Pretty much.

Thus a concerted, knowing attack on the species, a bombardment of poison through every possible vector: food, culture, technology, entertainment, literature…every sphere.

So that the nuclear mist may go un-blamed.

I believe this thesis of mine completely.
