May your toes stay warm and dry over these icy times. Here's to winter and all the joys that come with it ~ well, sort of. It is good that most of my Christmas shopping is done; the rest can wait until the snow clears. Vancouver is under a snow warning; in other words, no one is going anywhere now that the white stuff is here and there is more to come.

 

The other day I spent $122 on gifts for 3 people. Three. Count them. Three pairs of socks. One pair each. I am still gagged but I knew the price ahead of time. I have three sets myself gathered over the years and they are all still like new despite being worn 8 months of the year.  The most lux socks I have ever owned. Not a sales blab here... just trying to justify the purchase in the first place!
