TAKING THE WEEK OFF

For some reason the past little while with all the hi-jinx taking place has left me exhausted. On top of that stumble a few weeks ago, I feel a necessity to take a short hiatus to reformat both my computer, (pray I don't lose all my links!) and my own physical health.

I will be back very soon. Give me a week or so; just need a break from the madness!

I am also thinking that posting 250 plus images each time is a lot of work; what about just a few each day that covers the same amount of content?

Feedback, folks? I really would like to know what works best for you all.

  1. Hi Noor

Take your time, you deserve it

If framenting the images in multi post will be less tired for you, I think that will be OK

  2. I look forward to your collections because if they are abbreviated it makes it more difficult/cumbersome to refer back to really good ones. Takes me a few days to truly enjoy the one post.

  3. Well that's a tad sad to hear . . . but I guess we can let you have a little break . . . . ;-). As for doing some each day - I'd be up for that for sure !! waiting for wed & sat nights can be exasperating but I don't know if everyday would be sustainable. Every second day just so there's a bit of anticipation It's going to be a lot of work for you . . . and you don't know how much you'll be called on to mind the grandchild. Speaking from experience, it's just about a given that as you sit down to do something the doorbell or the fone rings . . ."can you look after (insert name) for a while?" Not that that is a drag, it just may cramp your style if you go daily. Just a thought. You go and take a break - it will be hard to go without but you obviously need a break. We'll be waiting eagerly for your return in what everr format you choose.

Bummer about Trump losing the House. There appears to have been a shitload of fraud. (I hope the DoJ goes after everything fishy). They will make life very difficult for him with all the Russian collusion/impeachment illusions.

    Cheers

  6. Take care of yourself.

A few posts every day would be fine; it would give me something to wake up for each day. ;-) Whatever you feel is best.

    Best wishes from South Carolina.

  7. Hello to you. Please take it easy and rest well. Personally I got use to the Wednesday Saturday uploads. My recommendation is to simply scale back on the amount of images. Take care!

  9. I'm going to really miss you, but your health is first and foremost. I know how you feel, everything is happening so fast! But, remember, President Trump warned us that we would be exhausted from all the winning! Yet another promise kept! Anyway, I love your memes, the more, the better. But, you're the boss, so whatever works for you, works for me. Enjoy your break, but, be back soon!

  10. A rest from the craziness sounds like a darn good idea. I am always amazed at your twice a week output, and would find it no less amazing if performed on a daily or near daily basis. Thank you for keeping the cartoons coming! Carnaptious @OneEyedFatCat

  12. Its good to take a nice long vacation to regenerate the soul.... I really look forward to your site for a bit of sanity wed and sat. but will take what ever I can get, try just a Saturday mornings cartoons. Like when I was a kid, couldn't wait to get up and watch them for hours, just like your site! I use it as a great ice breaker to start those PC conversations with the left in my family to start out on a good footing and humorously pointing out there position without anger and frustration. Anyways restup and take care, cause your going to need all the energy you can muster up to keep up with the grandchild soon enough.

  14. There is no better site to see such a vast collection of satire. Although it is temporarily missed by your dedicated fans, there is nothing more important than your continued good health. Stay well, we'll see you upon your return.
