A massive earthquake with an initial magnitude of 8.8 has struck central Chile. The quake struck at 0634 GMT about 91km (56 miles) north-east of the city of Concepcion and 317km south-west of the capital, Santiago.
Buildings in Santiago were reported to have shaken for between 10 and 30 seconds, with the loss of electricity and communications. The US issued an initial tsunami warning for Chile, Peru and Ecuador. That was later extended to Colombia, Antarctica, Panama and Costa Rica. [HAARP]"

The money donated to help the people affected by the Tsunami primarily went to restoration of the land. Just as documented before the 2004 Tsunami, the 2008 China quake, and the 2010 Haiti quake, there is video evidence and many witnesses who saw aurora borealis type lights in the sky.
It is NOT a natural phenomenon to see such lights before/during a natural earthquake, however, such a lighting effect IS a common side-effect of HAARP waves coming back down from the Ionosphere. This is very damning evidence.

Regarding the Asian Tsunami, not far from the event was a curiously well prepared and equipped U.S. Military, though it is doubtful that any of the officers and men involved really knew what was happening. Only a few asked why they had spent the past year training for a "Humanitarian Mission", when the whole point of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps is normally to kill people in very large numbers. Just look at Fallujah, people.
As if by magic, the Pentagon managed to have two battle groups ready to sail at an instant's notice from Hong Kong and Guam during the normally chaotic Christmas to New Year period. Crikey! Not these 10,000+ Americans remained beside their hammocks day and night, waiting to be called into service. They eventually were, but not to Asia. More on this part to come in the near future, but it all ties in with the tsunami.

Another gauge to check for HAARP's responsibility is the Alaskan Induction Magnometer which basically shows whether or not HAARP is on or off at any particular time.

There are actually 2 HAARP facilities in Alaska, one in Russia, one in Norway, and one in Puerto Rico, unfortunately none of which have an Induction Magnometer in place to check if any of them were fired up in tandem.
There are no officially known numbers of separate HAARP stations worldwide, some say 3-4, 4-6, others as many as 8 to 10, the most well known being in Alaska and Norway (remember the Norway spiral? That happened over a HAARP station).So this technology heats up the ionosphere (an electromagnetic-wave conducting a layer of electrically charged particles acting as a shield from solar winds 62 miles above the earth).

The very top scientists in the world R. Minkowski, L.H. Aller, Leo Goldberg, Chaim L. Pekeris, David Bohm, Malcolm H. Hebb, James G. Baker, I.S. Bowen, C.W. Ufford, J.H. Van Vleck, William Liller, Donald H. Menzel and George H. Shortley, during the seminal period of Nuclear Ionized Plasma Physics research and development through the 1930's and 1940's and 1950's published the papers showing the extreme attention to developing Plasma power by the world's elites. This is much more controllable and powerful than simple Atomic Nuclear and Thermonuclear power. Plasma was then taken forward by the Russians in the 1950's with their Tokamak and then the Americans at University of Chicago and on the West Coast after that (it is co-jointly) and the Germans. The extreme developements of Plasma power are quite real. Full Plasma/Water Fusion reliance in EVERYTHING is scheduled to be completed in its beginning stages of implementation at least as soon as 2010 and completely by no later that 2050.
