Monsanto, the largest developers of genetically modified crops, has developed a grain that gives an improved crop and is sterile, so instead of keeping back some seeds for the next year's sowing, farmers must return to the supplier for more at prohibitive prices leaving him frequently in debt within a year or two to the giant.
The health costs of ingesting GMOs are horrendous for humans, animals and the environment with the potential of altering genetic make up permanently of all living things.
Animals offered choice of GMO foods or natural produce will refuse the GMO. Every time. This has been tested on mice, rats, cattle, squirrels, cattle, horses, any animal that eats grain and the results have been 100% consistent.
Animals left no choice and forced to eat GMO, develop serious problems and many died, some sickening within hours, being dead within 24. This has happened to cattle in India and also a large herd of sheep who stumbled across a field and ate growing produce tainted with gmo.
Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in your food may make you sick. Studies link GMOs with toxins, allergies, infertility, infant mortality, immune dysfunction, stunted growth, accelerated aging, and death, increased propensity for Parkinson's Disease.
Whistle blowers were fired, threatened, and gagged.
But then you find someone like expert Jeffrey M. Smith, author of the #1 GMO bestseller Seeds of Deception, and Genetic Roulette, who will entertain wildly appreciative audiences with shocking facts about how genetically modified organisms (GMOs) entered our lives.
In the hour long film below, Smith links GMO to toxins, allergies, infertility, infant mortality, immune dysfunction, stunted growth, and death. Smith cheerfully takes on these matters that have resulted in whistle blowers being fired, threatened, and gagged, and warnings by FDA scientists were ignored.
Jeffrey has a plan and it is a very doable plan. No joking it is a very possible plan to get this crap out of our food systems. Start today to protect yourself by joining the Campaign for Healthier Eating in America ~ a plan that gives the consumer the power to end the genetic engineering of our food supply.
WITH GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS (GMOs)
Current USDA regulations allow food products that contain 95-100% certified organic ingredients to use the USDA Organic seal. These regulations:
Prohibit the use of chemical fertilizers, various synthetic substances, irradiation, sewage sludge, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in organic production.
Prohibit antibiotic and synthetic hormone use in organic meat and poultry.
Require 100% organic feed for organic livestock.
When the product is labeled “100% organic,” “organic,” or just “made with organic ingredients,” then even the non-organic ingredients cannot be produced from GMOs. For example, products labeled as “made with organic ingredients” only require 70% of the ingredients to be organic, but 100% must be non-GMO.
While synthetic pesticides used in conventional farming may initially hit their targets, over time they become less effective, and pest populations can develop resistance to these chemicals. What follows, is a cycle of increased pesticide applications without increased yields, and the development of even more powerful pesticides that run ahead of the EPA's ability to study and regulate their use.
Organic pest control methods and the promotion of organically built soils that produce resilient plants with their own natural defenses against insects, fungus and disease, is a safer path. If you add the mounting evidence of widespread damage to and contamination of food, water, soil, and air, along with diminished wildlife, and soil erosion, it’s easy to see why it’s so important to buy food displaying the USDA Organic seal.
Organic dairy farmers and ranchers use pure water, quality feed, fresh air, and healthy pastures, to make sure their organically raised animals grow at their own natural pace, without artificial growth hormones. The “use of antibiotics, synthetic hormones, and genetically modified organisms to intensify production in conventional agriculture practices which give rise to serious health questions," ** are excluded from their operations.

TIP #2. LOOK FOR NON GMO FOODS
Companies may voluntarily label products as "non-GMO." Some labels state "non-GMO" while others spell out "Made Without Genetically Modified Ingredients." Products that carry the Non-GMO Project Seal have third party verification as being in compliance with Non-GMO Project standards for GMO avoidance. Some products limit their claim to only one particular “At-Risk” ingredient such as soy lecithin, listing it as “non-GMO.” Look for dairy products labeled "No rBGH or rBST,” or “artificial hormone-free.”
TIP #3: AVOID AT-RISK INGREDIENTS
Also, more than 50% of Hawaiian papaya is GM and a small amount of zucchini and yellow squash. Also, become familiar with our list of invisible GM ingredients and avoid sugar from GM Sugar Beets.
• Corn flour, meal, oil, starch, gluten, and syrups
• Sweeteners such as fructose, dextrose, and glucose
• Modified food starch*
• Soy flour, lecithin, protein, isolate, and isoflavone
• Vegetable oil* and vegetable protein*
Canola Canola oil (also called rapeseed oil)
Cotton Cottonseed oil
TIP #4: DOWNLOAD THE SHOPPING GUIDE
The Guide can be downloaded Here>>>>> NON-GMO SHOPPING GUIDE
Processed foods often have hidden GM sources (unless they are organic or declared non-GMO). The following are ingredients that may be made from GMOs.
canola oil (rapeseed oil)
cobalamin (Vitamin B12)
fructose (any form)
high fructose corn syrup (HFCS)
hydrolyzed vegetable protein
modified food starch
mono and diglycerides
monosodium glutamate (MSG)
soy protein isolate
sugar (unless specified as cane sugar)
textured vegetable protein
tocopherols (vitamin E)
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) although usually derived from corn, is probably not GM because it is not likely made in North America.
