NYC INITIATES MOBILE ORGAN HARVESTING PRGORAMME

Remember when science fiction was just that?... Fiction? Those innocent days are long long gone, and here we are today.

The future is now, and what was once fiction is becoming all too commonplace. These are not the motorized killing vans used in China to harvest parts from Fallon Gong prisoners en route to hospital or plane. However, no matter how well they think this is planned, there are so many many loopholes here to allow things to go very wrong.

The City of New York recently launched a new emergency services pilot program that seems more like something out of a science fiction movie than a real-life initiative. According to a recent New York Times report, the city has begun deploying two emergency ambulances in response to 911 calls.

The first one will try to save the patient’s life. The second one will harvest their vital organs should the rescue efforts fail or be deemed likely to fail, in case the first ambulance fails. The city's new ambulances, emblazoned with the words "Organ Preservation Unit" (OPU), currently trail behind primary rescue vehicles headed to situations where there could be valuable organs involved.

After months of grappling with the ethical and legal implications, New York City medical officials are beginning to test this system that they hope will one day greatly increase the number of organs collected for transplant. 

Only kidneys will be recovered in the pilot program. Last year, more than 4,650 people in the U.S. died while awaiting a kidney ~ accounting for 70 percent of deaths on the transplant list, according to the United Network for Organ Sharing.

City officials insist that the whole procedure is perfectly ethical because the first rescue vehicle is unaware that the second one is there until a supervisor decides to stop the rescue efforts and make the announcement, which allegedly eliminates the possibility that rescuers will purposely allow a victim to die in order to gain access to the valuable organs.

 

The New York City Fire Department's Organ Preservation Unit will be staffed with personnel trained to get a donor family's consent, perform medical procedures necessary to keep the donor organ viable, as well as transport the donor to the hospital to harvest the organs for transplant. 

They say there are not enough organs available for those in need, and that targeting emergency situations where people with usable organs are likely to die could result in a significant boost of available organs. For five months, the city will deploy a specially trained team that will monitor 911 calls for people who may be in danger of dying, like those having a heart attack. 

If efforts to resuscitate the patient fail, the team will quickly move in and try to save the kidneys; normally, patients who die outside hospitals cannot be donors because if too much time passes after the heart stops beating, the organs are unusable. 

City officials said the project would be the first of its kind in the United States, though similar operations have been carried out in Europe. They said that they believed they had solved any ethical problems by adopting what they called very conservative standards for who would qualify as a donor. 

The trial, which is being financed with a $1.5 million federal grant, is limited: to most areas of Manhattan, to the hours of 4 p.m. to midnight, to adults between 18 and 60, and to people who die of cardiac arrest at home or another residence. 

To satisfy concerns that evidence of a crime could be destroyed in the harvesting process, a police detective sergeant would go to the home to be sure that there had been no foul play.

Officials said they would not harvest organs from anybody who had been involved in a crime scene, whether a poisoning or stabbing or shooting. Dr. Lewis Goldfrank, director of emergency services at Bellevue Hospital Center, a city hospital, said that in a case of foul play, he thought it “highly unlikely there will be a loved one or authorized person in the room calling in to 911 and still staying there” when the police and organ preservation team arrived. 

The pilot program team has been told they have 50 minutes from the time a person's heart stops beating to the time his or her body must be placed in the ambulance and hooked up to a machine that creates blood circulation. Once at Bellevue, another machine will increase body oxygen.

Dr. Goldfrank, director of emergency services at Bellevue Hospital Center in New York, said that he would like to see the program expanded to other types of deaths, perhaps even from car crashes or homicides, but that at this point, government agencies were reluctant to allow that.

 

If someone dies at home, the team will have roughly 20 minutes to start preservation procedures. Here, an Organ Preservation Specialist demonstrates how a donor would be handled inside the new mobile unit.  

"If we prove that you can take the body and successfully do this, [expanding the program] will be the next step," explained Dr.Goldfrank.

Dr. Goldfrank said that he hoped there would be at least one case during the December-to-May trial period that would end with a transplant. But he and other officials said that even if no organs were transplanted, what they really wanted to test was the protocol, which required a delicate balance of treatment and consent. 

In 2009, about 7,600 people were waiting for an organ transplant in the greater New York City area, but there were only 285 deceased organ donors that year, according to the New York Organ Donor Network. 

Similar programs are already in place in France and Spain, where there are fewer barriers because people in those countries are considered organ donors unless they opt out, Goldfrank said. In order to become a donor in U.S. hospitals, a person must have joined a government registry ~ in New York state it's almost always done through the DMV ~ or family must consent to the procedure. The Manhattan pilot program requires both registration and family consent.

Please humour me and allow me to indulge in a short vent. 

The world is slowly waking up to this insidious evil that feels they own our planet and everything upon it. In just one morning I have read about more on body thefts, Romanian children held by Israelis for "spare parts", land thefts in the West Bank, war threats here, war and fear mangering there, the glory of the Talmud, blatant Rabbi promoted blatant racism towards any not born of "the chosen people", and so on and so on and so on ad nauseum.

When will people see that these buzztards just DON"T CARE about us other than for our value and what we can do for them?  Our money and our children. We are expendable as is seen by the toll of deaths in North America for their wars in the middle east. We are hard pressed to take care of the shells of men and women returned home when they are broken and "useless", yet Israel still insists on huge payouts from our tax dollars. This money is then used to kill what were once, and still primarily are, an innocent people.

To these spawn of Satan,

My insides churn because putting out this information to open the eyes of the world prevents me from showing where it comes from: just a town crier exposing just the symptoms of Zionist sickness. Guess I am a bad Canadian to boot! 

WHEN will people open their eyes?  I am ranting to the converted at this point, but sometimes, sometimes, you just wonder how blind the world has to be to not see, how compromised to not act, how corrupt to participate, in this horror nightmare from which there sometimes seems to be no rescue. Of course that is just what they want, total submission and lack of life, zombie-ism, and that, my friends, will never come from, I pray, most of us.. 

One of our Biggest challenges to stop this madness!

People will not open their eyes until they learn the media is not to be trusted. Until they realize the lies they have and are being fed, they will linger in lalaland and be content to wallow in what they are allowed to keep by these self proclaimed slave owners.

It is almost too easy to hate. But darn, surely there has to be a place that is very very close but not completely given over to blind hatred. If anyone comes up with  a road map to this place, I would be happy to see it. 

Meanwhile, South Africa admits participating with these creatures for body parts. I just wonder how much one small situation will effect the overall filth and theft that goes on today. So what else is new? Nothing will change until we do it ourselves because no one up "there" cares about us any more.

The biggest health care provider in South Africa has been involved in illegal kidney transplant operations.

Netcare, the biggest health care provider in South Africa, has pleaded guilty to charges of performing illegal kidney transplant operations using Israeli-linked organ trafficking syndicate.

In return for charges being dropped against Netcare's Chief Executive Richard Friedland, the firm acknowledged in a plea bargain that, "payments must have been made to the donors for their kidneys, and that certain of the kidney donors were minors at the time that their kidneys were removed."

The suit follows a seven-year investigation into the illegal operations at St. Augustine's Hospital in Durban in association with an Israeli-linked organ trafficking syndicate.

According to reports, while organs had originally been sourced from Israeli citizens, they were later obtained from poor Romanians and Brazilians at a lower cost.

According to prosecutors, the Israelis were paid about USD 20,000 for their kidneys, while the Brazilians and Romanians were paid an average of USD 6,000.

Other related reports surfaced regarding 25,000 Ukrainian children who had been brought to Israel over the past two years to be used by Israeli medical centers for their "spare parts."

Additionally, the Israeli military was accused of stealing the organs of Palestinian prisoners.

The illegal operations in South Africa included the removal of organs from five children.

The health care firm was also forced to admit that, "certain employees participated in these illegalities, and [the hospital] wrongly benefited from the proceeds," as five notable South African physicians were also indicted in the case.

The hospital has agreed to pay nearly 8 million rand (USD 1.1 million) in fines. 

Does ONE penny go to those who were robbed of parts? Or remaining family members?

The charges account for 109 operations carried out at the hospital between 2001 and 2003.

Western cultural heritage provides us with a few interesting fictional characters who may be able to throw light on the current moral state of Israel and the latest organ trafficking affair in particular.

In Shakespeare’s The Merchant of Venice Shylock is a Jewish moneylender, a character who has become a name of the ultimate heartless usurer. In the play Shylock lends money to his Christian rival, Antonio, setting the bond at a pound of Antonio's flesh. Once Antonio fails to pay his loan back, Shylock demands the pound of flesh in return. Though Shylock is just a fictional character, the willingness to attach a price tag to blood or human flesh is rather revealing.

Charles Dickens’ Fagin is a fictional Jewish villain who appears in Oliver Twist. Fagin is the leader of a children’s pick-pocketing gang. In exchange for their services Fagin gives the children a roof over their heads. Fagin is a literary symbol of the total exploitation of the poor and the innocent.

It seems in contemporary Israel, Fagin and Shylock not only meet, they actually flourish.

Ynet reported yesterday on a new Israeli organ trafficking network.

Once again Israel is at the center of an organ-trafficking scandal after donors complained they were not paid for their kidneys. Six Israeli suspects have been arrested, among them two lawyers and a 62-year old 1973 war hero Brigadier-General (res.) Meir Zamir'

It seems the ring advertised mainly in Israeli papers in Arabic trying to attract impoverished Palestinians. It offered potential donors $10,000 for kidneys. Those who remained hesitant were offered up to $100,000. However the donors were never paid.

Police were given their first clue when a 50-year old woman from Nazareth issued a complaint saying she had donated a kidney due to financial difficulties, for which she expected to receive $100,000. She said she was called in to undergo a series of tests and then flown to Azerbaijan with another donor, where she was relieved of her kidney.

Upon returning to Israel, she asked those who had sent her abroad for the money owed but she never received it. Police launched an investigation and meanwhile received another complaint, this time from an 18-year old boy. He said he was promised $80,000 and flown to the Philippines to donate his kidney.

Israeli police officer Aharon Galor told Ynet, "We ran an undercover investigation and were shocked by the proportions of this. Despite the few complaints we received, we learned that there are many people willing to sell a kidney for just $10,000. These are people who have severe financial difficulties, for whom such a sum is a dream come true."

According to Haaretz, Police also said that during the investigation they “uncovered a large, very well-organized industry of organ trafficking. The ring includes organ traffickers, agents, and lawyers”.

Six suspects have been arrested, among them a 62-year old Brigadier-General (res.) Meir Zamir from Rishon Letzion, who received a medal of valor for the Yom Kippur War, and two attorneys.

According to the police, the ring members advertised on line offering people waiting for years for a kidney transplant an alternate solution, for the price of $140,000.

Police say members of the ring also hid all medical reports after the transactions were completed, which made it difficult for the donors to receive accurate medical attention when afterwards they felt ill from the surgery.

"Sometimes there were even tragic consequences, when people went abroad healthy and returned to Israel sick and without the money," Galor said.The two attorneys involved in the case are also suspected of forging rubber stamps in order to issue false affidavits saying the donor and the receiver were relatives.

The current scandal follows more than a few revelations concerning the Jewish State and some American rabbis involvement in scandalous organ trafficking and organ harvesting.

As much as it is hard to imagine a state with such a gross lack of ethical conduct, it is even harder to imagine a world faith in which some members of its spiritual leadership engage in organ trafficking. I also must admit that I can hardly imagine a decorated British or American veteran Brigadier General who may decide to make a living out of organ theft.

The ring in America, the main Enforcer and director was an elderly Rabbi. In truth, corruption does not bypass anyone it can pull into its grasp and these upper levels seem to be full of the eminently corruptible.

In the Jewish state, Fagin the ultimate exploiter, and Shylock the symbolic human flesh merchant, are seemingly united into an amalgam of immoral conduct.

In the Jewish state Fagin and Shylock are far from being remote fictional characters.

They are actually making a good living at the expense of others.

I do understand that here in Britain highly influential Zionist enthusiasts such as Anthony Julius are concerned with the ‘anti Semitism’ of Shakespeare, Charles Dickens, T.S. Eliot, and others.

Bearing in mind the latest news from Israel and organ trafficking rings, I would feel far safer knowing that in school my kids learn from Shakespeare, Dickens and Eliot instead of Anne Frank.
