This is a photo of where I spent my summers in the Halliburton Highlands of Ontario. It gets no more Canadian than this. Please enlarge to enjoy the stars... I paddled around that lake at every hour of the day. In misty sunlit dawns or under stars and moon, paddling a silent canoe over a mirrored lake, definitely among the stuff that makes life good. More exciting, the dangerous time waves and wind rose up suddenly, thunder and electricity drawing closer, myself in a canoe in the middle of the water paddling frantically for shore. Daily I thank my Father and Mother for making such a childhood possible. Yes, I suppose I took it for granted until I grew up and learned about the wicked world....
“You chose this country. This is your country more than it is for others because we take it for granted.”
Think mind control and entertainment.
