Tonight is a bit tough. The latest slaughter in Gaza has pushed me to an anger I rarely allow myself to luxuriate in. That on top of starvation. It truly is difficult to smile when you are aware of the evil that abounds in the world, manifesting fully in Palestine at the moment.

 

The sacrificial death of Aaron Bushnell reminds me of "my generation's war" when the Vietnamese monk self immolated himself at the time. I watched the unadulterated video of Aaron and am in awe of this heroic young man.
