Tributaries to the Great Mississippi River
Truer words were NEVER spoken. This man paid for his outspokenness, as did his son. Not an easy quote to find actually.
The Chatillion Car Graveyard, Belgium. According to an urban
legend, these vintage cars were left behind by US soldiers from World
War II, who could not ship them back to the US, so they decided to hide
them in a forest until they could come back and retrieve them. The
locals disagree and say that this abandoned place is simply an old car
dump of vehicles made after WWII.
There were four car graveyards in Chatillon with as many as 500 cars left behind. Most of the cars were stolen or removed by the locals to sell as scrap metal. Due to environmental issues, the jam was cleared in 2010.

Deep State strikes again
This is not looking good for the everyday Brit and it is still summer! Environmental lock-down experimentation in progress.... Coming to a Western nation near you. When the Covid lock-downs began, within a few weeks cartoons were coming out of Europe about how wonderful it was for the environment and how happy the little birdies are. Few noticed; I did and took note.
Imagine this happening in January. Xcel took over thermostats of thousands of customers for the first time
Sisters Francisca and Constanza Torres and their three dogs, are planting seeds in areas of Chile devastated by wildfires.
Actually, to survive in Byzantium, for almost a millennia, these folks were forced to live by the fruits of their physical labour. They were forbidden posts in education, health, law, politics. Apparently their work in jewellery became noted. A piece I posted 13 years ago.
Spray em like bugs...
Thailand legally acknowledges a “third gender,” and within the larger culture, there are 18 genders that are part of the common language.
I did a search on this depraved man. Do an image search along with his name and pictures pop up of happy customers showing off their scars. Not for the faint of heart but not horrific viewing. The concepts are more shocking than the visuals themselves.
We had one of these old wind-up machines at our family cottage. The big heavy discs. Winding the thing up. The thick needles needing frequent replacement. The scratch across the surface of the disc if someone jostled the machine and that heavy arm moved. Some of those old tunes are burned into my memory. The casing is a very fine cherry wood; my brother upgraded it into a gorgeous liquor cabinet a few years ago.
When I was 14 I met my first genuine Hermaphrodite; she was just another person to me. I did not care. I was in Grade 13 when I finally got a small inkling of what homosexuality was ~ thank Leonard Cohen for that one. I knew an older gay couple; it meant nothing to me, they were just other pioneers on our lake. So no, not really.
Didn't they use to talk about "trans fats"? Why would a woman do this to herself? Big Pharma sees a big cash future here just to maintain that scrawny face fur. And so ... smug. Over what, actually?

It is 5:45 AM. Time to wind this up and catch a few zzzz's before Dennis Fetcho gets started in a few hours' time. Blessings all.
The world gets weirder by the week. There are some young people who are wising up to the WEF agenda... unfortunately there are a LOT of older folks who continue to take everything from the MSM as truth. Trudeau going on about fertilizer seems to be helping Alta's move to separation. Did you happen to see the "leak" that Putin said was responsible for keeping Russia from shipping to Europe... That was the funniest thing I've seen this week. I loved that old Victrola. I remember my paternal grandfather had one of those. He had the patience of Job, because I don't ever recall him chastising me about adjusting the turntable speed to turn a baritone into a soprano, or a soprano into a bassist... I had great fun with that rheostat knob. I hope it's a long way off, but when you do decide to "retire" I hope you list all your sources. It would be a sad day for me when I don't have cartoons any more. I'll call one of these days...
ReplyDeleteYou know, Noor, I think a gingko is a tree. Those lizards in No. 413 may be geckos.
ReplyDeleteRE: #9 "Aliens are Demons" I heard a sermon about a group of UFOlogists who were studying alien encounters and were struck by the continual testimonies of folks who said they had seen aliens who would flee at the name of Jesus Christ. The thread became so common for them, they converted and made it the focus of their research. I'd add a link, but now the "Aliens are Demons" theme is everywhere.
ReplyDeleteOhh the irony. Klaus Shwabb n the WEF (jewish) are pushing for you to eat bugs, when bugs arent kosher. Huh? Yep, example Kosher salt is just regular salt but finely filtered to remove bug pieces. Bugs for thee, not for me.
ReplyDeleteI love my weekends with a coffee and snippits and slappits. Post 272 was enlightening, did not know what glima was. Gives a new slant on the film Outlander. Loved the two spiders webs photo. Keep well Noor.
ReplyDeleteHi Noor, thank you as always...and I also share your disappointment with the bad spelling in some of the memes, like 408 about vxxes, "Bals" palsy....maybe it is from Ba'al after all?
