As the United Kingdom continues to riot many have wondered how the United States would respond to a similar outbreak of riots whether caused by an economic collapse, widespread terror attacks, or some other catalyzing event.

For those that are awake to the fact that the government was long ago taken over by elitist oligarchs, this question was answered years ago.

It is public knowledge that the military is planning to take on the American people by declaring martial law and taking part in widespread arrests/gun confiscations. These plans have already been activated multiple times including during Hurricane Katrina and the Seattle WHO riots.

For years we have begged the corporate media to cover these startling facts yet they have instead called us conspiracy theorists and possible domestic terrorists.

Boy have the times changed!

John Hudson, writing for the Atlantic Wire, has published an article about Operation Garden plot and an ominous tweet from White House correspondent Marc Ambinder.

“According to National Journal‘s White House correspondent Marc Ambinder the U.S. already has a game plan in place. “If what happened in London ever happened in the US, the military has plans ~ CONPLAN 3501 and 3502 ~ to suppress the ‘insurrection,” wrote Hudson.

CONPLAN 3501 and 3502, or Operation Garden Plot, is a long ago declassified plan that calls for the use of the military, in violation of Posse Comitatus, against the American people.

Unfortunately, the indicators of potential violence outlined by the military that would cause this unconstitutional plan to be acted upon are happening as we speak.

The major question that comes to mind after reading this article is why all of a sudden has the corporate media started talking about Garden Plot and the military being used against the American people?

The Department of Homeland Security has taken drastic steps to convince portions of the public, law enforcement, and Congress that everyday Americans are possible terrorists.

As this training continues, the police and the military will gain more and more hatred of the American people at a time when they are needed to protect and serve the people the most.

Taking a look at the public information that points to the military and police literally going against the citizens of this once great country can be overwhelming.

The amount of information that is available and confirmed is more than enough to show the American people what will happen if a similar event to what is happening in London occurs in America.

While it would take hundreds of pages to detail all the evidence that this is already happened and openly planned, we will lay out some of the more sinister occurrences and plans, specifically highlighting the more recent ones.

Last week, Navy Seals, Army, and local police took part in an urban warfare drill in the middle of the night over the skies of Boston. This included numerous black helicopters and the use of tactics that would only be used in a major city against its population.

This came as The Intel Hub was reporting  dozens of suspicious military movements and black helicopters throughout the country. After 2 months of reports, Shepard Ambellas of The Intel Hub was invited onto Ground Zero Radio with Clyde Lewis on 101.fm in Portland. This two and a half hour discussion broke down ALL the movements we had reported in the last few months.

In 2008, the military announced plans for a 20,000 strong force to operate inside the United States during an economic collapse or civil disturbance. These troops were set to finish training sometime in 2011.

These plans lined up directly with a Rand Corporation Study that called for an internal police force to combat civil unrest.

Days before the fraudulent debt ceiling compromise was passed, Fox News ran a report that reeked of predictive programming. The House apparently passed a rule called Martial Law!

In the days after Hurricane Katrina, police and military took part in the widespread gun confiscation of dozens of law abiding citizens.

The chilling words of the Mayor of New Orleans started the wide spread, illegal military and police gun confiscations.

“No one will be able to be armed. We will take all weapons. Only law enforcement will be allowed to have guns.”

As the military and police trampled the constitutional rights of the citizens in New Orleans, plans and on the job training for full scale martial law and gun confiscation throughout all of America took place.

This included beating up legally armed old women and stealing priceless weapons from legal citizens trying to protect their homes!

This, America, is what will happen in our country if the London riots occur here.

That’s right, with absolutely no regard for the law, large scale confiscations took place yet researchers and independent journalists are still considered conspiracy theorists for saying that this happened and will happen again.

Last year Jesse Ventura’s show, Conspiracy Theory, aired a stunning hour long broadcast about FEMA camps and martial law. Even though this was one of the most popular episodes of the show it only aired once which some speculated was due to government censorship.

This broadcast conclusively proved the existence of FEMA Camps and martial law to a national audience.

Police State 4, The Rise of FEMA methodically documents the existence of a network of FEMA camps, Homeland Security training for the camps, and a plethora of news reports, documents, and eyewitness accounts of the gearing up for a martial law takeover of America.

Private corporations are also actively involved in building these detention camps in anticipation for what some call the New World Oder’s endgame.

“The shadowy design firm that was behind the infamous Hardin Montana jail is pushing to build detention camps across America, with the latest proposal centering around a fifty acre, five hundred bed facility in Italy, Texas, part of a program that many Americans fear is based around a plan to intern political dissidents in the event of a national emergency,” wrote Paul Joseph Watson in May 2010.

Again, this America, is what will happen in our country if the London riots occur here.

In July 2009, actual uninformed military soldiers were photographed training in an Idaho neighborhood.

“My son in law today saw about 20 army guys with full combat gear walking down the street in Hayden, Idaho. He took pictures and asked them what they were doing. ‘They said they were just training.”

In fact, the military training inside U.S. cities and neighborhoods in anticipation for civil disturbances in America has become all too common.

On June 9th, 2010 USNORTHCOM openly admitted that they were preparing for military operations INSIDE the continental United States.

Considering the fact that these drills and plans formed during the Gulf Oil disaster and were not used during the crisis, they were most likely for something in the future such as the economic collapse that is upon us.

While we could continue to list the literally thousands of reports that indicate that  military leaders are planning on unleashing troops on the American people, the evidence provided above is more than enough to paint a clear picture.

If what is happening in London happens in America or worse, if we experience a full scale economic collapse or terror attack on par or worse than 9/11, we know exactly what will happen.

The American people will be victim to sound cannons, gun confiscations, beatings, and detention camps.

Note: The existence of agent provocateurs should also be noted considering that the government actually has the ability to incite the very riots that would cause them to declare martial law!

In 2008 The Pentagon announced plans to deploy a 20,000 strong internal troop force inside the continental United States (CONUS) that was set to be trained by 2011, thus dovetailing into the current troop and equipment movements around the country reported by truckers as well as many more troop sightings by everyday citizens.

Interestingly enough, this plan directly correlates with a 2009, Army funded, Rand Corporation study that called for an internal United States police force to combat civil unrest.

This study asks several questions. First, is a Stability Police Force (SPF) necessary? An SPF is a high-end police force that engages in a range of tasks such as crowd and riot control, special weapons and tactics (SWAT), and investigations of organized criminal groups. In its ability to operate in stability operations, it is similar to such European forces as the Italian Carabinieri and French Gendarmerie. 

Its focus on high end tasks makes it fundamentally different from UN or other civilian police, who deal with more routine law and order functions. It is also different from most military forces, which are generally not trained and experienced to conduct policing tasks in a civilian environment. 

Second, if an SPF is necessary, what should it look like? This includes considering such issues as: its objectives, tasks, and size; its speed of deployment; its institutional capabilities; where it should be headquartered in the U.S. government and how it should be staffed (standing force, reserve force, and hybrid force); and its cost.

It is openly admitted that the internal force will be used to quail civil unrest due to massive large scale terror attacks and/or economic collapse.

Will the powers-that-be stage a repeat of the martial law threats to congress that they presented back in 2008 to get the bailouts passed, to get the debt ceiling raised now?

Rep. Brad Sherman laid out exactly took place during the bailouts in 2008:

Many people have voiced fears that this will turn our country into a total militarized police state, wondering what will happen in the future once the sheeple are conditioned to the military roaming the streets in America.

Others have speculated that this announcement directly coincides with all of the pre-positioning of troops, equipment, and (NOTAM) No-Fly Zones throughout The United States over the last few months.

Does any of this correlate with the debt ceiling (economy), earth changes, or nuclear threats from reactors in danger within the US?

Original Russia Today description from 2008: Twenty thousand additional U.S. uniformed troops, set to be trained by 2011, are to help as a response to the threat of a possible mass terror attack or civil unrest following an economic collapse. But despite assurances from the Pentagon, many Americans are worried by the prospect of seeing the military guard in the streets.

Some have speculated that this is the beginning phases of REX84 (Readiness Exercise 1984) being activated due to a catastrophic event that is yet to take place.

Could this event be a threat from afar?

NASA seems to think so. NASA recently released a warning to all employees regarding living near large bodies of water that seemed rather suspicious, take a look for yourself:

What seems even more suspicious is the fact that the White House was prompted by NASA late last year that there was a threat from outer space now facing the nation and a deflection campaign would need to be implemented. This document was signed by Eric P. Holdren.

The White House document was released October 15, 2010 a few months prior to the so called “discovery” of comet C/2010 X1 (Elenin) discovered by Leonid Elenin with a 18″ telescope.

The strange thing is that only a select few sources worldwide have seen the object a few of which we traced back to DARPA directly.

It appears the ELENIN is some type of advanced warning system (used in conjunction with NASA’s JPL) for the elites, upper echelon military, and people in-the-know to decipher upcoming earth change events prompted by another object (classified) that has entered our solar system.

There have been many documented earth changes that have taken place on or near ELENIN’S alignment dates (when ELENIN is in alignment with other objects) including the Japanese earthquake and Tsunami disaster of 2011.

The JPL orbital diagram and data seems to be fictitious and reverse engineered into some type of advanced encrypted database for the upcoming event anticipated.

ELENIN, according to some researchers stands for Extinction Level Event Notable Impact November ~ also encoded into the name is Elevin Nine (Nov. 9), and LEONID (a meteor shower that peaks in November).

This also ties in with the massive gearing up of underground bases worldwide at a rapid rate and mass graves for U.S. citizens which were exposed worldwide on March 25, 2009 on the Alex Jones Show by Shepard Ambellas.

On Nov 9, 2011 the earth will supposedly cross the threshold of the debris tail of ELENIN on the same plain (assuming ELENIN is a real object that would be catastrophic)

However, this, according to our sources as well as independent researchers, is some sort of military code and ELENIN is not a physical object.

If ELENIN is not a real object we might be expecting a major earth change, a solar event caused by another space object, (possibly 2005 YU55) or a staged attack.

We must also be open to the idea that this is all a psyop for an event that the elites are going to purposely cause and blame on Elenin.

It is equally important to take into consideration the FEMA/FCC Take over drill happening on November 9, 2011, the very same day that asteroid 2005 YU55 threatens to hit earth and/or the moon.

It seems almost surreal that this information all lines up the way it does, and is still currently under a full scale investigation by The Intel Hub.

Also one most ponder the fact that if there was some catastrophic event that is destined to take place in the near future, would the governments of the world plan to have us in martial law and populations under control before the event, or would they wait until after?

There are critics of the change, in the military and among civil liberties groups and libertarians who express concern that the new homeland emphasis threatens to strain the military and possibly undermine the Posse Comitatus Act, a 130-year-old federal law restricting the military’s role in domestic law enforcement.

The American Civil Liberties Union and the libertarian Cato Institute are troubled by what they consider an expansion of executive authority.

Domestic emergency deployment may be “just the first example of a series of expansions in presidential and military authority,” or even an increase in domestic surveillance, said Anna Christensen of the ACLU’s National Security Project. And Cato Vice President Gene Healy warned of “a creeping militarization” of homeland security.

“There’s a notion that whenever there’s an important problem, that the thing to do is to call in the boys in green,” Healy said, “and that’s at odds with our long-standing tradition of being wary of the use of standing armies to keep the peace.”

This plan was quietly announced in 2008 and was set to be ready in 2011. Fast forwarding to the present time we now have clear indicators of why this military force could be needed in 2011 including economic collapse, Elenin, (PSYOP or not) and continued claims that normal everyday Americans are possible terrorists.

As stated by the Washington Post this is like something out of George Orwell's "1984" or some other apocalyptic Hollywood blockbuster, but government officials have wanted for years to establish a way for the White House to quickly, directly alert Americans of impending danger.

The FCC has approved a presidential alert system. Obama may soon appear on your television or call your cell phone to warn you about the next specious al-Qaeda underwear bombing event.

"This is a test of the Emergency Alert System. This is only a test..."

You've heard that warning before, but it may soon come directly from the White House.

The FCC has announced plans to test a new addition to the "Emergency Alert System" in which the president will be able to interrupt all communications and speak to the American public directly in the event of a national emergency which doesn't occur during a vacation, round of golf, or pickup game of basketball.

Commissioners voted last week to require television and radio stations, cable systems and satellite TV providers to participate in a test that would have them receive and transmit a live code that includes an alert message issued by the president. No date has been set for the test, according to the Post.

Once again, the government has imposed an unreasonable and absurd mandate on business and the American people.

“The Federal Communications Commission today took action to help pave the way for the first-ever Presidential alert to be aired across the United States on the Nation’s Emergency Alert System (EAS),” the FCC announced on February 3 in a press release. “The national test will help determine the reliability of the EAS system and its effectiveness in notifying the public of emergencies and potential danger nationwide and regionally.”

As Next Generation EAS systems become operational over the next few years, they will complement other public alert and warning systems now being developed, including FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) and the Commercial Mobile Alert System that will enable consumers to receive alerts through a variety of multi-media platforms on their smart-phones, blackberries and other mobile broadband devices.

If implemented, the president will be able to commandeer your smart phone any time he wants and for any reason the government deems necessary.

In November, communications company Alcatel-Lucent announced that it’s creating a Broadcast Message Center that will allow government agencies to send cell phone users specific information in the event of a local, state or national emergency, including those now ubiquitous government warnings about fantastic terror plots that invariably fizzle out or are run by FBI informants and agents provocateurs. It seems not a week or two passes that some gullible Muslim is duped by the agency into a fantastic terror plot (for instance, blowing up Christmas trees).

The Broadcast Message Center is designed to force mobile phone manufacturers to adopt the Federal Communication Commission’s Commercial Mobile Alert System. Under the new system, all phones would receive emergency alerts directly from government bureaucrats.

Former DHS boss Tom Ridge has admitted that the government exploits terror alerts for political gain. Ridge said he “was pushed to raise the security alert on the eve of President Bush’s re-election, something he saw as politically motivated and worth resigning over.” A specific al-Qaeda terror alert hyped up prior to the election was downgraded by the DHS after Bush “beat” fellow bonesman Kerry in the fixed election.

Obama’s warnings about a supposed al-Qaeda attack on targets in Europe was exaggerated for political purposes, Pakistani diplomat Shamsul Hasan said in October. “I will not deny the fact that there may be internal political dynamics, including the forthcoming midterm American elections. If the Americans have definite information about terrorists and al-Qaida people, we should be provided [with] that and we could go after them ourselves,” Hasan said.

No terror event occurred. “It was nothing specific, nothing very new,” said Swedish Justice Minister Beatrice Ask after the official warning. “We agree that there is no indication of concrete targets, concrete dates and concrete terror groups,” added German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere.

In addition to your cell phone, the government wants to take control of your internet broadband in the event another phony terror attack threatens the homeland.

Lisa Fowlkes, deputy chief of the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau of the FCC, told FederalNewsRadio on Monday that the FCC is looking at how wireless broadband could also enhance the EAS as part of a recommendation that was in the FCC’s National Broadband Plan from last year. The idea is to hijack broadband and the internet for emergency alerting propaganda with the “Commercial Mobile Alert System (CMAS) being developed by FEMA and the wireless industry,” according to Fowlkes.

The system would break into your computer or wireless device and broadcast presidential propaganda announcements, FEMA reports, so-called “Imminent Threat Alerts,” and AMBER Alerts.

Government has devised other creative ways to disseminate propaganda. For instance, California introduced a bill last year to commission a study on emerging electronic license plate technology and examine ways that it could introduce new ad revenue streams. In addition to ads, the technology would flash Amber Alerts and other information.

Earlier this month, DHS unveiled a new terror alert system that will hijack social networking sites as one way of informing people of terrorist threat updates. “The new, two-tiered system will provide alerts that are more specific to the threat and even recommend certain actions or suggest that people look for specific suspicious behavior, she said. They also may be limited to a particular audience ~ such as law enforcement ~ rather than broadcast to the general public, and also will have a specified end date,” reported Information Week Government.

In December, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano  announced the expansion of the Department’s national “If You See Something, Say Something” campaign to hundreds of Walmart stores across the country ~ launching a new partnership between DHS and Walmart to help the American public play an active role in informing on each other. Thousands of Wamart stores will have telescreens pumping out government propaganda.

FEMA is also working on a new system that would send emergency alerts as text messages to wireless phone users. The system is still about two years away from full implementation, according to the agency.

In all seriousness (perhaps even dead seriousness), it's frightening to think that in the event of a truly catastrophic national emergency, systems are being put into place to kill Americans' access to Internet news sources...but make sure that we can instantly get the president's version of events.

Because the only thing we can imagine that would make such a catastrophic day worse is Barack Hussein Obama's assurance that he's in complete control.
