The pangolin is another endangered species. They are helpless animals because they cannot bite and their underbelly is soft. Certain Asian folk eat them for various healing properties including the usual "male enhancement" foolishness. Their scales are pure keratin and highly prized in the fashion industry for bags and boots as well as for teas. Fresh pangolin for a meal will run upwards of $800 but people pay it.
