A few days ago, Venezuela's leader Hugo Chavez, who underwent surgery last June to remove a tumor from his pelvis, speculated that the United States might have developed a way to give Latin American leaders cancer, after Argentina's Cristina Fernandez joined the list of presidents diagnosed with the disease. Chavez, Fernandez, Paraguay's Fernando Lugo, Brazil's Dilma Rousseff and former Brazilian leader Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva have all been diagnosed recently with cancer. All of them, one way or another, oppose some of the policies of the NWO globalists.

Unfortunately, however, Chavez didn’t offer any factual support for his theory. So, I am going to provide some.

Just a perfunctory reading of recent history indicates that the conspirators who rule America and a large part of the world, have been eliminating, openly and secretly, world leaders they see as a threat to the success of their evil plans of world domination.
From John F. Kennedy to the Congo’s Patrice Lumumba, to the Domican Republic’s Rafael Trujillo, Italy’s Aldo Moro, and Chile’s Salvador Allende, the cases abound.
I didn’t mention the CIA’s alleged assassination attempts on Castro for the sole reason that they never happened. There are many farfetched stories about how dozens of CIA-planned attempts to assassinate Castro ended in failure. In its investigations about the allegations, the Senate Committee, chaired by Senator Frank Church, found “concrete evidence” of eight murder plots involving the CIA against the Cuban leader.

On the other hand, in August 1975, Castro complained to Senator George McGovern that the actual number was, in fact, twenty-four. More lately, however, like rabbits coming out of the magician’s hat, the number of CIA’s assassination attempts on Castro has been raised to 638.

This however, is pure fiction. The fact remains that the CIA, like the gang that couldn’t shoot straight, never managed to assassinate Castro. The problem with the theory of the CIA’s attempts of Castro’s life is that the only source of that information are the CIA and Castro himself, and both have proved to be very unreliable sources of information. Moreover, both Castro and the CIA are known to be unashamed liars.

What is absolutely true, though, is that the CIA has developed sophisticated methods of assassination, among them the inoculation of transmissible cancer cells as an assassination tool.

It is known that Jack Ruby, the assassin who killed JFK’s alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, mentioned in several occasions that he had been inoculated in prison with cancer so he wouldn’t be able tell the truth about the assassination of President Kennedy. Though nobody seems to have paid attention to Ruby’s complaints, it was known later that some researchers at the Ochsner cancer clinic in New Orleans had developed, under CIA auspices, injectable, rapidly-developing cancer cells that can be used as bioweapons to kill people.

Some authors have mentioned that the CIA’s main goal at the time was using the technology to assassinate Castro. What they don’t mention, however, is that the CIA shared the technology with some of their friends, among them their secret agent Fidel Castro, [1] who has used it over and over on unsuspecting victims.

In an article published in El Nuevo Herald, Cuban writer in exile Carlos Alberto Montaner, claimed that it is “very probable” that not only Jorge Más Canosa, the deceased head of the anti-Castro Cuban American National Foundation, but also Sebastián Arcos Bergnes and other anti-Castro activists in the U.S. have been assassinated by Fidel Castro’s thugs by inoculation of lethal diseases. Arcos, an important dissident in Castro’s Cuba, died in Miami on November, 1997, after being allowed to leave a Cuban jail only when his cancer reached an irreversible stage. [2]

Montaner wrote that the Castro jailers love to torture their prisoners and often boast about it to others imprisoned for political “crimes.” On one occasion, his jailers told political prisoner Leonel Morejón Almagro,
“We are going to put you in Sebastián’s cell so you, too, can get cancer.”
When Arcos first became ill, the prison doctor told him the problem was nothing but bone fatigue. The pains he suffered gradually grew worse. Then Castro decided Arcos was beyond the possibility of cure but did not want him dying as a martyr inside a Cuban prison. So Arcos was allowed to go to Miami before the cancer killed him.

Cancer is not a transmissible disease; therefore, some people have speculated that the jailer’s threats to Morejón indicate that something in the prison cell may have caused it.

Now comes the scariest story. Montaner says that, 19 years ago, a young Cuban biologist ~ whom Montaner identifies only as “David” ~ on a flight from Sofia, Bulgaria, to Cuba asked for political asylum in Spain. The next day after his defection, David approached the Spanish police and told his story, which was relayed to correspondents, including Montaner. Afterwards, Montaner obtained an interview with David.

David told Montaner that in Sofia he had been trained in the use of an effective technology to induce cancer in adversaries Castro wished to destroy with as little evidence as possible. He said they called it “the Bulgarian treatment.” The simplest way was to plant a radioactive isotope in the chair, in which the target regularly sits, or in an often-worn jacket, or in a sofa cushion or a mattress, or even in an automobile seat. After a few months, there was a great likelihood that a cancerous growth would develop with fatal results.

Most hospitals have such radioactive isotopes, which they ordinarily use to fight certain types of cancer. These isotopes consist of tiny metal fibers easily concealed.

“The ideal way to cause a cancer is to plant the isotope and then leave the scene so as to be far away when the cancer is discovered,” David told Montaner. Prompted by David’s words,

Montaner recalled some Castro allies and adversaries who died in unusual circumstances, among them: Major Aldo Vera, shot to death in a Puerto Rican street; Jose Elías de la Torriente, shot in Miami; Manuel Artime, political chief of the Bay of Pigs invaders, who died in exile at age 38 with his lungs mysteriously destroyed; Rafael García, disappeared at age 41; and Rolando Masferrer, blown up by a car bomb in Miami in 1975.

Also, among the ones whose deaths many Cubans suspect may have been the result of Castro’s high-tech foul play are, just to name a few:
writer Virgilio Piñera, who allegedly died of a heart attack;

American reporter Lisa Howard, who died of an overdose;

writer Luis Rogelio (Wichy) Nogueras, who reportedly died of AIDS;

Jorge Más Canosa, Chair of the Cuban American National Foundation

and a man Castro profoundly hated, who died in 1997 at age 58 from complications of lung cancer;

Rafael del Pino Siero, Castro’s ex-friend and Bogotazo co-conspirator, who allegedly died of a heart attack (or hanged himself, according to another version of the story)

while in Castro’s jail; Raúl Chirino, who reportedly committed suicide while was been interrogated by Castro himself;

Beatriz and Laura Allende (daughter and sister of Chile’s Salvador Allende), who allegedly committed suicide in Cuba;

Onelio Pino, Captain of the yacht Granma, found dead in his garage under mysterious circumstances; and
Castro’s ex-Interior Minister and fellow drug smuggler General José Abrahantes, who reportedly died of a heart attack in a Cuban jail.
In his biography about Che Guevara, author Jon Lee Anderson tells an interesting story which, with the benefit of hindsight, becomes very significant. In 1974 Hilda Guevara, a very independent woman and Che’s only daughter with his first wife Hilda Gadea, left Cuba, and, after living a hippie-like life in several countries, ended up in Mexico where she married a Mexican guerrilla named Alberto. Afterwards they came to live in Cuba. But Alberto’s continued conspiratorial activities against the Mexican government, Castro’s all-time ally, forced Fidel to ask them to leave. Eventually Hilda divorced Alberto, and moved back to Cuba with her two sons, to work in various low-level government positions.

Though loyal to the revolution, Hilda was outspoken about what she believed were its defects, earning Castro’s disapproval for her views and personal conduct. When one of her teenage sons, a rock musician, became openly critical of Castro and his government, Hilda’s position in Cuba became very difficult. It is known that, on several occasions, Castro commented to his close associates that Hilda was becoming a headache for him. Then, in 1995, Hilda suddenly died of cancer at the age of thirty-nine. Was Che’s daughter one of Castro’s high-tech assassination targets?

More recently, Laura Pollan, a member of the dissident group “women in white,” died under mysterious circumstances. Some people suspect she was another victim of Castros’s high-tech assassins. It just does not make any sense that a woman who just two weeks ago was on the streets receiving brutal blows from the thugs of the Castro political police would suddenly come down with some mysterious illness that ends up killing her within a week.

It adds to the suspicions that most of the women who suffered bruises after the attacks, also became sick. The methods the Cuban regime used to permanently eliminate one of their most vocal and dangerous opponents may forever be a mystery, but the fact that they are capable, willing, and able to indiscriminately murder their opponents is not.

As Chavez mentioned, some of the Latin American leaders who have recently been diagnosed with cancer are Argentina's Cristina Fernandez, Paraguay's Fernando and former Brazilian president Lula da Silva What Chavez did not mention, however, is that, like himself, all of them have visited Cuba.

Apparently, Hugo Chavez sincerely believes that Fidel Castro is one of his best friends. Somebody should tell Chavez that Castro’s friendship is very unhealthy. It seems that, like Camilo Cienfuegos, Che Guevara, Salvador Allende, Tony de la Guardia, Arnaldo Ochoa and many others that would make the list too long, Chavez will discover Castro’s treachery when it is too late.

An intelligence field in which Fidel Castro proved his mastery is in recruiting gullible fools under the false flag of fighting American imperialism, and using them as proxies to do his dirty job on behalf of his CFR masters. Some of them, like Che Guevara, eventually smelled a rat, and he had to be terminated with extreme prejudice. But others became very useful tools.
One the most useful fools Castro has ever recruited is Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez.
Hugo Chavez is the typical Latin American gorilla, a knuckle-dragging military man, abundant in muscle and lacking in brains. In 2000, with the secret help of Castro and the CIA, he managed to grab power in Venezuela. Immediately, following Castro’s advice, he began a process of destruction of his country very similar to what Castro has done in Cuba and the CFR conspirators are currently doing in the United States.

In 2002, opposition against Chavez grew to the point that a group of the military attempted to overthrow him, but rumors circulated that the CIA alerted Chavez about the upcoming coup. The CIA strongly denied it, but on November 24, 2004, State Department Deputy Spokesman Adam Ereli pointed out, citing a 2002 report of the Office of Inspector General on U.S. policy toward Venezuela in the run-up to the coup, that the U.S. Government had alerted the Government of Venezuela of possible coup attempts, and a credible assassination threat.[3]

In 2004, tired of seen how Chavez’ disastrous policies were destroying the country, some democratic sectors of the Venezuelan people called for a referendum. As if on cue, senior CFR agent Jimmy Carter flew to Venezuela representing his own Carter Center to monitor the election.

Polls conducted by the very reliable American firm of Penn, Schoen, and Berland showed Chavez losing by a large margin, but Chavez claimed victory by a small margin. Widespread cases of irregularities and evidence of fraud were reported, but Carter saved the day by legitimizing Chavez fraudulent victory.

After the event, there was speculation that Carter blessed Chavez’s stolen election to prevent further violence. But one should keep in mind that Carter was actually protecting the interest of his CFR masters, and Chavez role as Latin American bogeyman is vital in the conspirators’ plans for the region.

The Castro-Chavez PSYOP against the peoples of Latin America is just the continuation of the Castro PSYOP after the diminishing power of Castro’s influence in the region. Both of them show the typical use of Hegelian dialectics.

As a result of a the Castro PSYOP, the CFR conspirators fanned the fear of Castro-communism to push Latin American dominant classes into the arms of what they considered the lesser of two evils, the U.S. under their control. This explains why, despite all Castro’s apparently anti-American activities, the U.S. hegemony in the region climbed to an all-time high between the 1980s and the mid-1990s.

Even after the fall of the Soviet Union, Castro kept doing a good job. But then his health began deteriorating until he got so sick that many people augured his imminent death. But, surprisingly, he began recuperating. Nevertheless, Castro realized that he didn’t have the stamina to continue doing full time his job on behalf of his CFR masters, so he passed the torch to his agent Hugo Chavez. This does not mean that he told Chavez what he was really doing, but Castro has proven to be a master in manipulating people for his own benefit.

Further proof that, wittingly or unwittingly, Chavez has been playing the CFR conspirator’s game is that in an interview with the editor of the French monthly Le Monde diplomatique, Ignacio Ramonet, Castro told him that he had saved Chavez life in April, 2002, when a group in the military tried to overthrow him with a coup d'ètat. According to Castro, he personally persuaded the anti-Chavez military to liberate Chavez and reinstall him in power. [4]

Some liberal “progressives” have strongly criticized the CIA because it didn’t alert Chavez about the upcoming coup they knew about. What they don’t mention, however, is that the CIA helped Col. Hugo Chavez in 1992 when he gave the coup d’ètat that brought him to power in Venezuela. [5]

Currently, with the support of sub-agent Hugo Chavez, Castro keeps carrying out an important PSYOP against the peoples of Latin America on behalf of his CFR masters. The goal of this operation is to scare the hell out of the ruling classes in Latin America with the fear of Castro-Chavism.

A large portion of the nationalist Latin American ruling class fear the growing economic penetration and political influence of Wall Street and American transnational corporations in their countries, and were reluctant to accept the new free trade agreements with the U.S., but they were intimidated by Castro-Chavism’s ability to mobilize anti-government violence and by Chavez’ use of oil as a blackmail tool. Moreover, some of them simply don’t want to appear supporting policies favored by “American imperialism.”

They seem to ignore, however, that the CFR conspirators have been using to their advantage the fear of Castro-Chavism as a strong factor to force the Latin American leaders they have not been able to buy or coerce into accepting disastrous policies like the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), and the coming the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA), as the lesser of two evils.

The Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) and the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) are just previous steps towards the creation, first of the North American Union. It will comprise Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, and later of the American Union, which will extend from Alaska to Patagonia. The American Union, under the total control of the Wall Street bankers and oil magnates through their international financial organizations —and, if necessary, with the help of the U.S. military— will bring the destruction of the economies of the Latin America countries, the extinction of the middle classes, the enrichment of a few and the impoverishing of workers and farmers . . . exactly as Castro has done in the Cuba.

It seems that, despite that Chavez has played his role to perfection; the CFR conspirators who put him in power in Venezuela don’t need him anymore. Therefore, they have decided to throw him under the bus, and Castro specializes in doing the dirty work for the conspirators.
